Everything like traditional cheddar and swiss to more unique options like veggie, and buffalo wing. Most of the cheese had samples. It was a perfect way to get a sense of the differences between some of the varieties (standard vs smoked vs aged for example). Most cheese could be purchased in blocks, slices and cubes. They also had some beef stick options, dips and cheese fudge. I had never heard of cheese fudge before so was very intrigued. It had a different texture and flavor than traditional fudge but was definitely worth trying. They also have traditional fudge on the other side of the store. There were workers behind the counter actively packing cheese and willing to answer any questions you might have. Much like other tourist attractions, you have to walk through the gift shop to get to the cash registers. The line was kind of long, but it moved fairly quickly. The deli where you can get freshly sliced cheese is in the back. The clerks were extremely friendly answering questions and providing samples of anything you want to try. It was really congested even though it wasn't really all that crowded. I can't imagine what it would be like on a busier day.
