We could not recommend Heights Margaritas more. They were great. We ordered a two flavored double barrel machine for my birthday and they were awesome! They delivered promptly were very thorough with how to operate the machines. People LOVED the frozens. Next time we will order a countertop size to not have so much excess. We will definitely use them again! Thanks HM! read more

Heights Margaritas - Double barrel marg machine - Party Equipment Rentals Near Me

Where do I even start? We rented a margarita machine for our holiday party and honestly it was one of the best vendor experiences I've had -- and I've planned enough events to know that's not a given. From the moment we booked, everything just worked. Communication was clear, delivery showed up when they said it would, the machine itself ran flawlessly all night, and pickup was just as smooth. No chasing anyone down, no last-minute surprises, no stress. For anyone who's ever dealt with a vendor going MIA the day of an event, you know exactly how valuable that is. But the real stars here are Frank and Jessi. These two brought an energy and professionalism that genuinely made our night better. White-glove service isn't a phrase I throw around lightly, but it fits. When you're hosting and juggling a dozen things at once, having a vendor you can fully hand something off to and trust it's handled -- that's worth its weight in gold. The margaritas were a massive hit with our guests (obviously), but we'd rent from them again just for the experience alone. Five stars, no hesitation. read more

First time I've rented a marg machine and Heights Margaritas absolutely hit it out of the park. Excellent service, superior machines, and easy to follow instructions. (Not to mention the Margs were fantastic!) It was truly a pleasure to do business with Jessi and Frank - super people! I highly recommend you rent from Heights Margaritas as you just can't go wrong. Fabulous communication, easy process and kind people! We will definitely be using again!

I found this business when planning my wife's birthday party. Could not be happier with the overall experience. We did the classic margarita mix, but they have so many delicious drinks to choose from. They provided instructions on how much alcohol to get for their secret recipe and even made recommendations on what types to buy. The drinks were a huge hit. Bette and Cindy were a pleasure to work with - very communicative and made the whole process so easy. We will definitely be repeat customers!! read more

OUTSTANDING! I was planning the hubby's Big 3-0 house party, so of course a margarita machine was a must! After scrolling through a few options and looking at reviews, I sought an opportunity to give a new(er) business a little boost. Heights Margaritas - great reviews, snazzy logo, clean and easy website, great rental price with a huge double machine that includes margarita mix, cups, straws, and even the water?? I literally only have to supply the alcohol and find a place to plug this thing in?? BEST DECISION EVER! I got a text message right after I submitted my order. Shortly after, I got my invoice and was able to make my payment with just a few simple steps. Friendly text messages to follow-up before/on our big day, then early delivery and full set-up, easy and early arrangement for next-day pick-up. This was just way too simple. Not to mention the machine was practically brand-new, easy to use, easy to maintain (only had to top it off once the whole night), easy to roll away and store safely when we were done. This one machine made the entire party! And let's not just talk about the business and logistics. Y'all...Bette and Cindy are some of the coolest gals I've met since I've been in Houston! Their spirit shines through their work, and I feel like I instantly made new friends by booking a margarita machine. The only thing better than amazing service is when the people providing that service are genuinely NICE. I am so looking forward to seeing them again! Quit reading reviews and looking around. Just go on to their great website and click Order Now! ** More learnings below, for people who like all the details... ** * Our double machine was huge and stored nicely on a rolling cart. It can't be moved up a set of stairs. Make sure you plan to use this somewhere you can roll to. (We ended up in the carport, which wasn't the original plan but worked out perfectly all night!) * Make sure you have a direct plug into a wall. Avoid using an extension cord if you can, or check with Cindy and Bette to make sure you have the right one if you absolutely have to. * Go heavy on the alcohol. They are delicious and sneaky. We got about 50 people totally lit and still had about half a gallon of each flavor spinning in the machine...so... * Have some empty containers ready - you can freeze "leftovers" so there's no waste. Thaw for a few minutes, shake, pour, and party again! read more

I recently held a gathering at my home in Oak Forest that I call First Fridays @ Fred's. For this event I had a taco bar with all the trimmings and decided I wanted to have drinks to go along with it. Margaritas were the perfect match. Now, what company to use? I mentioned my dilemma to a friend. she mentioned to me a local new start up company, Heights Margaritas to me, and I said, "hmm, a start up, really?". I contacted Heights Margaritas via phone and after talking with Cindy, I was convinced this was the right move to make. Cindy was professional, answered all my questions and advised me how to go about using there website to begin the process. In a serendipitous moment, I was eating a a local eatery in the hood, when my friend who suggested that I go with Heights Maragaritas, said "look there is Cindy now", my jaw dropped. I got to meet the person who guided me thru the process. All my fears dropped away after meeting and talking with Cindy. I was totally impressed with her. Now to my experience on the day of my party/gathering. As I was preparing the food, I got a call, "we're early can we bring the machine by now?". I said yes. When Cindy and Bette arrived, it was amazing to see the way they brought the machine into my home. they had a system that worked. Bette and Cindy walked me thru mixing the drinks and thoroughly explained with a little humor (and humor goes a long way with me) how to operate the machine. I got a double machine for both Lime and Strawberry flavors. The machine was easy to use and both Cindy and Bette were experts in every detail. The party was a blast, the margaritas flowed and tasted delicious. Everyone was impressed and happy. The next day, Bette and Cindy came and just as easy as they set up the machine, they took it out and whisked it away for a professional cleaning. I didn't have to mess with the machine at all, they did everything. I WILL definitely use Heights Margaritas again and again. Awesome job Ladies!!! Fred read more

Cindy Shinn was rude and exhibited very poor customer service. I would not recommend Heights Margaritas based on my interaction with Cindy. I suggest Heights Margaritas appoint someone else as the contact for their business because Cindy Shinn was not helpful and certainly not friendly. I was referred to Heights Margaritas by a friend and now they've lost 2 customers. Customer Service is everything and Cindy Shinn missed the mark. her attitude is very bad for business. read more

I used Heights Margaritas for my husband's 30th birthday party and the frozen margaritas were perfect on a hot summer day by the pool. We had a double machine with hurricanes on one side and classic lime margaritas on the other. The margaritas tasted great and everyone had a blast! I highly recommend Heights Margaritas for your next event! read more

Wow! I couldn't have been happier with Heights Margaritas. For my surprise bday party, my husband called just a few days for the party and they were able to make a trip to cypress. The owners were helpful with instructions and quick to setup and breakdown. They went above and beyond with customer service. Communicated well with delivery and pickup. Above all, the margaritas were amazing. We only had a single dispenser, but they do offer double dispenser and lots of flavors to chose from. I'm a regular margarita kind of girl so I was very happy. I will definitely be using them again for future parties. read more
