He even was able to come earlier than expected due to another job finishing early. He and his partner did a great job moving my stuff, especially my heavy bedroom set. They put everything where I asked and Darren even put up all my curtains. I was so happy with the job they did that I hired them 3 years later to help me move into my new home. Again he gave me a reasonable quote especially for being a repeat customer. I really like that he gives the option to do monthly payments if needed. Darren is my go-to guy for moving.

I am very upset I did not read many reviews before I used this company. There are so many things…read morewrong with this group that I could write about it all day. First off, the price the estimated and the price they charged were very far off. They only had two people and one of them clearly hadn't moved much before as he had to ask how to move many of the items. The other guy was Darren, the person who runs this company. We had a simple one room apartment move to another apartment just 30 minutes away. It took them over 6 hours for this move, and if it wasn't for myself unpacking a bunch of items off the truck while they slowly moved things off the elevator, it would have been over 7 hours. While we were unpacking we found that they broke our Colts LED lamp, spilt all of my girlfriends jewelry and just put it in a bag, and best of all dropped my Xbox One on the wood floor and then instantly blamed it on us for the box it was in. The xbox now will not read disks and they refuse to refund anything despite they're "If damage occurs during your move, we reimburse you the same day" BS policy. Best of all, I think this company doesn't realize they are in the customer service business. After contacting them about the broken items, here are some of the insults and just disgusting-ness from Darren (their head man/"CEO"); "Roughly calculate, appoximate, guess, ballpark, etc. You get the picture!!" "Your lucky it was done in that amount of time" "If the payment doesn't go through as the receipt states, then you will pay attorney fees, court cost, and immediate garnishment." All in all, we had everything packed and ready to go for a ONE BEDROOM apartment and it took them over 6 hours to move it. They are very rude and inconsiderate in person and when you contact them. They WILL break items of yours, and at least from the 2 reviews on here, you will have to take legal action if you want them refunded. If there was a way to give a 0 out of 5 for this review I would not hesitate to use it. THIS IS A BAD COMPANY, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!
