My…read morekids chose to complete the online driving course because of busy academic and sport schedules so I can not speak to the in class instruction, but the in car one-on-one driving instructors were all wonderful. My kids were able to complete the entire program within the 6 months before their 16th birthdays. I'm glad that the in car portion was as spread out as it is because the ongoing support and instruction was helpful. My kids took about 3 months to schedule all 8 in-car drives. Each of the different instructors (my kids worked with several) were wonderful and patient. My kids learned so much from each of them and knowing that my kids have had a strong foundation to their driving skills is invaluable. Also, the office manager is so knowledgeable and helpful with this process. I will definitely enroll my youngest in this program when she is driving age.

Though it eliminated being committed to a specific class time and transportation to the school, it was a VERY inefficient use of time. I'd suggest scheduling the in-seat class time instead to spare everyone a headache. 2. It is made clear that in car driving can not be scheduled until the classroom lessons are complete. What is NOT clear is that you can NOT actually schedule anything upfront when the course IS done. You have to continually log into the site to (hopefully) catch an open spot. The office will tell you to check 3 times a day. 14 days later, checking the site nearly 125 times, between 2 parents and the student, and we've been able to schedule only 2 lessons. It's absurd. 3. The behind-the-wheel instructor has been great (at the appointments we've been able to schedule). That's been the only true positive part so far. For my younger child, I'll definitely be using a different company. For the current student, I can't afford to start over somewhere else so we're stuck stalking the schedule for 6 more appointments.

I paid for the session upfront and have yet to receive my requested refund which I demanded immediately. I will file a lawsuit in the coming days. I find their customer service and overall business practices abhorrent and I would highly advise against using their services.

Mrs. Kali is one of my favorites she is understanding, caring and she started out as a teacher. All three of my children attended Kindercare at an early age. The teachers I encounter really cared about my children. Most of the teachers that are there has been for some years. Kindercare is very clean and organized. I also enjoy that they send you pictures of your children throughout the day and a daily recap of activities including what they are eating and times they went potty and for the baby room the time they have been changed. My son was taught how to read in Pre K from a teacher that believed in him and to this day he is one of the best readers in his classroom. She made sure we was on top of his education at home too. Mrs. Tenisha is so patience and kind. My son loves her! Mrs Bennie has been with Kindercare for a while. I met her while at another location and she treated my son like her own especially when he was just starting daycare.

She had a tough start, but the teachers were patient and kind and helped her adjust. It wasn't very long before she would light up when she saw them. It was my first experience with daycare as well and everyone was very supportive, answering any questions I had, making recommendations for my daughter based on what they had seen and their experience; it really helped to calm my anxiety. I have always felt that she is safe and well cared for there. She has grown immensely in her time there and I truly believe it is because of the effort of the teachers. We get weekly lesson plans and daily updates of what they're doing and how it contributes to her growth. We had our first parent teacher conference and the teacher showed up prepared with observations and opportunities for my daughter. You can tell they care about the kids and their growth. I really feel as though the teachers are a part of my team and I don't think my daughter would have grown as much as she has without them. It is so easy every day dropping her off at school. I genuinely trust every single teacher and director. They communicate throughout the day and I love that I know she is learning, happy and safe. Ashley goes over and beyond with the Pre-K kids. She truly has a heart of gold. She cares for the children and you can see that teaching is her passion. Lee and Mady are so helpful and are always there to answer questions. Jess really holds the fort down! She is so great with the children and communicating with parents. I completed a tour and was impressed with cleanliness of the facility. I was told at the time that there was only one slot available and to secure it I was to pay the $75 application fee. I went home right away and paid. This was back in December of 2021.I received an email stating my kiddo was approved. I was so excited for her to start. Well today is January 27th and my emails have been ignored. My calls not returned by Sarah, the Director. But of course somehow they were able to getting around to charging me $560 for services never received. My little one has never stepped foot in their facility. My apologies for the lengthy review but I just had make it known that I would never recommend a company who takes care of children and feels it is professional to take someone's money then them more money for services not rendered.
