Most unprofessional staff. They have a different instructor for every driving session. There is no…read morecontinuity or growth or adjustment of classes to meet the skills of the student. There are no reminders for sessions. If you try to provide feedback, they will yell at you. If you just want to do the 8 hours to get to the next stage of getting the license, then go with them. Keep expectations low as you won't learn anything! Their online 24 hour course - expect to spend way more than 24 hours. Their save and continue more than often does not work, and you have to restart the course and go through the painstakingly slow courses all over again. One of the courses, my daughter had to do 3 times with no progress saved, and we had to eventually call them to mark it as complete.

But now we are paying another $350 for the in car portion with another company. STAY AWAY from this school.

He was incredible, calm, patient, kind and thorough. She enjoyed her time doing the in-cars and learned a lot. She passed the test with flying colors! Fast forward to 20 and my other daughter just completed her in-cars with Kelsey. She LOVED it and learned so much! This is a great company that will respond to questions immediately and patiently. They have these kids complete the classes and then offer to schedule their driving test for them and if the teens decline to test with them because word on the street is that they are failing the kids on the 1st try so that they have to pay an additional 130 bucks, they take their time sending over the certificate so they are able to test on their own. They made us set the appointment a full month and a week in advance, because according to them they were very busy. On the day of the highly anticipated driving and driving test appointment, they did not even show up. Totally unprofessional. My son was very disappointed. I paid for the session upfront and have yet to receive my requested refund which I demanded immediately. I will file a lawsuit in the coming days. I find their customer service and overall business practices abhorrent and I would highly advise against using their services.
