Imagine our nerves and worries after the previous place. This never occurred at Family Life. The staff has been outstanding so far and the stages and assessments have been worry free, no actually, really rewarding. Communication has been good and we always feel welcome. Mrs. Kali is one of my favorites she is understanding, caring and she started out as a teacher. All three of my children attended Kindercare at an early age. The teachers I encounter really cared about my children. Most of the teachers that are there has been for some years. Kindercare is very clean and organized. I also enjoy that they send you pictures of your children throughout the day and a daily recap of activities including what they are eating and times they went potty and for the baby room the time they have been changed. My son was taught how to read in Pre K from a teacher that believed in him and to this day he is one of the best readers in his classroom. She made sure we was on top of his education at home too. Mrs. Tenisha is so patience and kind. My son loves her! Mrs Bennie has been with Kindercare for a while. I met her while at another location and she treated my son like her own especially when he was just starting daycare.

Well today is January 27th and my emails have been ignored. My calls not returned by Sarah, the Director. But of course somehow they were able to getting around to charging me $560 for services never received. My little one has never stepped foot in their facility.
