However, when they finally got around to looking at it, I got a call saying the batteries and terminals needed to be replaced. The thing is, my batteries never had any issues -- a simple cleaning would have been more than enough. Instead, they went ahead and installed two new batteries and claimed to have cleaned the terminals. By the time they were done, my bill was nearly $800, and the original issue -- the fuel pump -- wasn't even addressed. I could have easily replaced the batteries and cleaned the terminals myself for a fraction of the cost. What's worse is this isn't the first time we've had issues with this shop. We brought our Jeep in multiple times as well, and it also never came back fully fixed. We've been loyal customers, but this last experience has left us feeling taken advantage of and extremely disappointed. I can't recommend this shop anymore and will be looking elsewhere for future repairs.

He is also always honest about what's needed and doesn't try to oversell or sugar coat the issues. Recently Nate has moved into a physical shop and his quality of work remains great. We have an older car, at about 180,000 miles, that we keep but only use once and awhile. At that milage it's had its issues. Bought new tires from meineke 15 months ago. Front tires were dangerously worn down after about…read more15,000 miles. Went back in for warranty. Was told that the previous meineke franchise owner had put on a pair of used front tires, not new ones. Total scam. However, to make things right, new owner would replace tires, and we would just need to pay meinekes wholesale cost of the tires. We show up this morning to have new replacement tires put on, and instead of the Bridgestone tires that we had originally paid have a pair of 50dollar Iron Man tires, that they want to charge me $250 to put on. So much for paying their cost for a true replacement. We told them to put the old tires back on and went half a mile away and ordered good tires to be put on tomorrow morning. The Office manager is very nice. Said she understood our unhappiness, but just doing what she was told. She couldn't even look us in the eye. Another scam. Stay away!
