So many 5-star reviews from Upton residents getting their roofs re-done by Kevin's team…read more. In my case, my 1980 Colonial would be getting its 3rd roof, so it had to be redone from scratch.. The team also fixed a leak I'd had in the garage for years, and also put on an excellent ridge vent and took care of some rot (replaced boards) on my soffits & trim. Our house has gutter guards - not installed by Heritage. When, in winter, i saw a problem with my gutters clogged/not draining, Kevin came over with his ladder, went up, removed the gutter guard, and cleaned out the down spout front and back of my house - for free... I had been calling around for gutter cleaning estimates (tough during winter) and one vendor pretty much said "you have to replace everything" without even seeing the job. (probably $1000 at least)... Then I called Kevin... Heritage has so many 5 star ratings for a reason.. and I'm adding mine.. Thanks for your professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Heritage. Great team Kevin....

Nick and his team are great! I got quotes and met with several BBB accredited roofing companies,…read moreand chose Tip Top--the signs all over the neighborhood told me they must do something right! They were in and out, did a GREAT looking job, and they had the best prices around. I am extremely appreciative that they made the whole process so easy, and it was done QUICKLY. While I did check the BBB website, I was personally disappointed to not see many Yelp reviews for roofing companies (and other home improvement type work) and I definitely thought it important I share my experience. This is EXACTLY the kind of investment people need references for, and where better to get unbiased reviews than Yelp?! So, my little plug/aside--if you've used this type of service, Yelp it!

This is quite possibly the best experience I've ever had for any house project…read more I first met with Marc to get a quote for our exterior house painting project. He was on time, professional and friendly. He answered any questions I had and went above and beyond to note areas where there was rotten wood to replace. He then got me a quote in about 20 minutes and I must say, the price was incredibly fair and we moved forward with it immediately. Marc was also incredibly receptive whenever I had questions on paint color combinations and made the experience so seamless and stress free! From there, we worked with Gabriel and his team for the actual house painting project. The team was so friendly and not only made our place look like a dream house, but made sure to finish at an optimal time due to inclement weather. Gabriel was an excellent project manager who was always there to answer questions and check on the house to be sure that everything looked perfect. I HIGHLY recommend Aurora Exterior Painting for any housing painting project, they really are the best!

Poor prep work overall, none in some places. Painted our windows (sliders) and several could no…read morelonger be opened and were ruined in trying to do so since the seals ripped off, or at minimum the paint came off. We were going to replace all the windows anyway, but I'd be really upset if we had to buy new windows because of them. Speaks to their lack of care/professionalism, and communicating with them was difficult at best. They didn't scrape some of the vertical trim at all, just painted over existing peeling finish. Lasted maybe 5 years and needed to be redone. Didn't properly replace wood trim with Aztek, or similar, even though that's what I paid for. I recently had to redo all of it since water was trapped and rotted the wood behind it (which, again, I paid to have replaced). I should have watched them closely when they were here. I'm not sure I even got a second coat either and if I did it was sprayed on (saw them using a sprayer at some point NOT hand painting). Now I have many areas where the clapboards/trim/sheathing are damaged due to years of insufficient protection. I paid for caulking to be applied where clapboards meet the vertical trim. This didn't happen at all, and cost us quite a bit in rotted sheathing and cedar. Around the chimney the work was really poor. Really a shame since the price was good and the owner seemed competant and the company had signs everywhere at the time. All of the vertical trim peeled about 5 years later, exposing raw wood, it clearly had very little adhesion and also had a latex quality about it, not stain. So I think they stained right over the paint. This paint job caused me a great deal these years later. Won't be using them again.

It's been a few years since I last posted a review here. Our experience with Ryan and his crew was…read moreso good that I'm moved to write another. We had two interior rooms painted last winter. And they just left after spending two weeks on the exterior. Their attention to detail, especially when it comes to preparing surfaces, is the best. They carefully remove lights, switch plates etc. And carefully reinstall on the other end. We needed a little bit of siding replaced and they took care of that too. The actual painting was expertly done. They show up promptly, clean up after they're done. You can't ask for anymore. We have a couple more interiors that need work and we're looking forward to using them again. I can't say enough good things about Ryan and his crew of pros.

I couldn't recommend Done Right Roofing any more highly!! Anyone that is getting their roof…read morerepaired/replaced should absolutely contact them. Once my girlfriend and I decided it was time to replace our roof, we contact a few contractors to get estimates. From the very beginning Done Right Roofing (DRR), was totally focused on customer service. When we received the estimate, we also received several other PDF documents from them including references, color option information, a certificate from the BBB, client addresses where we could see the color options in person and more. The list of references wasn't just 10 or 20 names ... it was more like 400!! It's worth mentioning that DRR was also the least expensive estimate we received. I got a very nice follow up call from Jim to check in and ask if we'd made our decision. Of course we had and booked the date. Jim went over what we should expect and how we should prepare for the day. The crew and materials arrived at the time and they began work around 7:30am. The work went very fast! They finished our detached garage by 11am and the entire job was complete and cleaned up by 2:30pm. We couldn't believe how fast it all happened. There was a "walk around" after the job was completed to make sure we were satisfied, which we definitely were and still are. The roof looks fantastic and we're completely satisfied with everything DRR did for us. As I mentioned in the beginning, we highly recommend them!!

Done Right Roofing recently replaced my entire roof and the experience couldn't have been better…read more John and his team are a well-oiled machine with a real focus on the customer. First impressions last and Done Right didn't disappoint ... they actually picked up the phone when I called! A stark contrast to the half dozen other vendors I called. This is a real contrast to their competitors. Within 24 hours the owner, John Mancini, was at my property to assess wind damage. Fast forward another 24 hours and John was working with my insurance agent to negotiate a complete roof replacement! The job was done in a timely manner with a very high level of quality. My yard wasn't destroyed; there weren't nails all over the place and the new roof looked spectacular! The only issue I had was with my DirecTV dish. During the replacement the dish was reinstalled and could no longer get a clear line of sight. After a series of issues with the provider and the placement of the dish due to nuances of my property I had to move on from the service. While this was certainly not Done Right's problem or responsibility they graciously came over, removed the dish and placed new shingles where the dish was to ensure a roof done right! I can't imagine many other roofing companies would do this. Kudos to the Done Right team! Lastly, my wife and I had a baby during our install and Done Right sent us a very nice card congratulating us. How thoughtful is that?! They say you'll forget what people say to you but you'll never forget how they made you feel. Rest assured we will never forget our experience with Done Right and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a roofing company. They are our roofing company moving forward and they should be yours as well.
