    bought a 2024 Pacifica and a service contract. we always buy Chrysler service contracts and because…read moreof us buying this Pacifica we thought we was getting a Chrysler contract. when Chrysler contacted us a couple of months later about buying a contract, I told him we did already. That's when we found out that it was a aftermarket contract. What a let down/ next I had a tire noise and took it in at 8,000 miles and they told us that all 4 tires were chopped and should be replaced for $1300 and they would send the tires in and we MAYBE get a refund, Because I didn;t get the tires rotated at 5,000 miles it was a iffy of the refunded us. And they said that they should of ask us if we wanted the tires rotated which they didn't. Pernell tires. Junk. we could not afford that much money. And I was not taking a chance with the tire company reimbursing us. Now at 12,000 miles the tires are noise'er then the radio. This was very quiet riding van when we initially bought it. Took the fun to own feeling away. Big let down. They should have replaced them on without have money exchanged at that time. But they said no and maybe try a tire store and maybe they will. Nice! I cannot recommend them and will be using another dealership for service. Customer does not come first at this place. Over 50 years of driving Chrysler and this is a first and hopefully last time that I get no cooperation and getting deceived by the F and I office. And the service manager did not want to get involved. Had the service personal deal with it and did a poor job. Oh, and I failed to mention that I worked 40 years in a Dodge dealership as one of the managers and we took care of our paying customers.

The car dealership by my work, in…read moreAuburn Hills, had the exact car in stock for me to purchase but I specifically waited almost two for Morans in Port Huron to get their shipment because I have lived in Port Huron my entire life and my family has purchased all of their cars from Morans over the years. After this experience, I will never recommend or purchase a car at Morans. I have had problems, some minor and some a major issue listed below. I called Morans and went in there and was told by multiple people that this would not be fixed under a warranty and I would have to pay for it. My grandpa takes the car in and they told him it was a misunderstanding and it would be fixed as soon as I had time to bring it back for a few hours. I do not think the several people I had spoken to had all "misunderstood" me. They thought they could get away with not having to fix the issues because they were dealing with a young female. The car gets brought in and returned in the exact same condition, nothing fixed. After driving back over an hour to swap cars with a family member who is now out a vehicle so I could make it to work and then commute back over an hour AGAIN to swap back cars, it is extremely frustrating. I contacted Morans again and send photos. They agreed the condition of the car was unacceptable and offered me to bring it back in so they could fix it again. They said they would replace the bracket which is what I was told was being done the first time, so clearly it was not. The car is brought back in. And once again returned in the same condition. The service manager reported on the receipt that he had the same issues I was experiencing when the car was in their possession. When picking up the car it still did not start how it is supposed to and the service manager, Scott, said he is "stumped" and would get back to me after researching on it. It has now been several weeks, and I have now been completely ghosted. I never got an email, or phone call. I have called several times not once getting ahold of Scott. I have sent an email to Morans and have not received a response in weeks. I have worked in sales and service so I understand completely not everything goes smoothly all of the time which is why I gave Morans an abundance of time and numerous opportunities to fix the issues and they have made no effort at all to do so and instead decided to completely ignore all communications with me. After spending a lot of hard earned money on a new car I would hope to receive better customer service. It is now clear to me that Morans only cares about making the sale and not at all about their once loyal customers. ISSUES WITH 2024 GRAND CHEROKEE I purchased the car and after a short while, the "push to start" button did not work. Instead, a message popped up on the dashboard screen that read I needed to hold the key fob to the button to start the car. I would also click the lock button at night to make sure my car was locked and it would no longer lock, I would have to go out to my car to manually lock it. I replaced the battery in both fobs and it worked better for maybe a week or so before not working again. The fob itself was replaced completely and the issues still persisted.   When turning my car off the screen will occasionally stay on. This started off rarely but has been more and more frequent. When this happens, I have tried restarting the car and turning it off again, but the screen still stays on. I will get out of the car with the keys, lock it and walk away. When I walk back the screen will still be on.  The front bumper sticks out. I was told it was the bracket and that they had seen that issue before. See attached photos. The other side of the bumper is flush with the adjacent components of the car, how it should be.

I came back and they never even started it 3 hours later. finally brought it in when I came back. helped other customers before me even though my car was in there first
