That's when we found out that it was a aftermarket contract. What a let down/ next I had a tire noise and took it in at 8,000 miles and they told us that all 4 tires were chopped and should be replaced for $1300 and they would send the tires in and we MAYBE get a refund, Because I didn;t get the tires rotated at 5,000 miles it was a iffy of the refunded us. And they said that they should of ask us if we wanted the tires rotated which they didn't. Pernell tires. Junk. we could not afford that much money. And I was not taking a chance with the tire company reimbursing us. Now at 12,000 miles the tires are noise'er then the radio. This was very quiet riding van when we initially bought it. Took the fun to own feeling away. Big let down. They should have replaced them on without have money exchanged at that time. But they said no and maybe try a tire store and maybe they will. Nice! I cannot recommend them and will be using another dealership for service. Customer does not come first at this place. Over 50 years of driving Chrysler and this is a first and hopefully last time that I get no cooperation and getting deceived by the F and I office. And the service manager did not want to get involved. Had the service personal deal with it and did a poor job. Oh, and I failed to mention that I worked 40 years in a Dodge dealership as one of the managers and we took care of our paying customers.

I called the used car manager 4 or 5 times trying to get this key fob and also left a voice-mail with the owner. They also sold me a f250 with "C" rated tires that are rated for a 1/2 ton truck, not a 3/4 ton truck. The tires are extremely underrated for this truck. The tire had a max 50psi rating, but they put 65psi in them so the low tire light wouldn't be on. I could have had a tire blow out with underrated tires for a f250 pulling my trailer. I just spent $1500 getting 10ply tires put on. I finally had my sister stop by and get this for me since she lives nearby. Moore motors was supposed to repaint the tailgate, that was part of the deal in writing. They painted it, but color doesn't match and didn't paint the tailgate jams. they're still white not blue like it should be. Your used car department earned this 1 star rating.
