Jarel was the one that responded to my son's email right away yesterday and set up this appointment. My son was able to test drive an all-wheel challenger and was pleased at how well it drove. There wasn't anything wrong that stood out. A gouge on one of the tires but it wasn't bad and the tire is fine. The rest of the car is great. Mr. Hazen is the manager and handled the trade in with my son's car smoothly. So, I had written this review before the end of the sales and it's set up this way. I recommend waiting until all sales are final and here's why. We get to the last guy Mr. Laird and found out there's a tracker put into the car and you get charged just under $1500 for that. No choice. I didn't like that at all. We let it go since it was already in the car. Not right though.

DO NOT BUY FROM AUTO SAVVY! Save yourself from costly repairs and stressful, unexpected hassles…read more The 5 star reviews you see here, are usually about the people that work here, not the actual business they do or the quality of their vehicles. I truly regret my purchase and want to let everyone know just how awful our experience was. Auto Savvy does not do quality repair work on their vehicles. Since selling branded cars is their specialty, that's kind of a big deal. We bought our van just a couple months ago, and we have had one issue after the other. To start, the day after our purchase, we noticed the letters on the back of our van had been placed completely crooked. When we asked if they could fix it, they told us no. So we had to remove, paint, and place them properly ourselves. An unexpected hassle and expense. Next, we weren't getting the license plates in the mail, so we called to find out where they were. They told us they hadn't performed an emissions test in order to complete the registration. Yet another hassle and expense. Thankfully they reimbursed us for the emissions test, but it did not make up for the time and stress of having expired plates. Lastly, and most importantly, their "repair" of the back bumper on the vehicle we purchased was done so poorly that it randomly popped out while I was driving on an empty freeway. I almost thought something hit me but everything was clear and the bumper had simply popped off where they had attempted to "fix" it before selling it to me. (I saw another review on here with the same experience. When the salesman say, "it's just a fender bender, no big deal" don't listen to them. It is poorly patched and you are certain to have a costly issue on your hands! I showed the bumper to Auto Savvy and they wouldn't fix it since it was past their very tiny window of covered miles. It is a $1,800 repair and the professional that looked at it said the original work was done very poorly, and he could see easily why there was an issue. The warranty of miles (4,500) they allow as a cushion is NOT enough, which is by design, I'm sure. Anyone who commutes for work would reach that amount in no time at all. I informed them that I was going to leave reviews on every platform about the lack of quality of their work, and that's when they offered me a 50% discount. Unfortunately, that price is almost the same as my insurance deductible. So the offer did not help me. I told them no. I'd rather pay a little extra and use my insurance and warn everyone of the risks of buying from Auto Savvy. Save yourself time, money and stress by NOT shopping here! I have purchased from another place that sells branded vehicles and my experience has been GREAT! Go to Autolicity in Ogden instead!

I just bought a 2015 Honda Civic from Dallin two weekends ago…read more The price was $3,000 under book value! Beautiful car! Super clean and everything I wanted! Just one step under the touring addition! The price and condition of the car was definitely something that made me not want to walk away without buying it. But Dallin was amazing with my fiancé and I. He answered all the questions we had. Threw in a one month warranty, and a full tank of gas. He also stayed after hours on a Friday night, to help us get everything we needed to square away the sell with the bank in the morning. Dallin was for sure one of the nicest salesman we've ever dealt with. Not pushy, not rude, and very personable! He made the entire buying Experience awesome for us. We picked the car up Saturday morning everything came as promised. (It definitely could have used an outside wash and clean, dash and inside window. But it has been I absolutely love it!! But Dallin was off so we weren't able to thank him. We've got teenagers getting ready to drive soon. So as long as we can work with Dallin again for our next purchases we will be happy to come back. We have definitely referred this place to all of our family and friends. Thank you so much Dallin! Congratulations on your brand new baby girl!!

I made it clear I needed a reliable vehicle due to how much I drive, and at no point was I informed the vehicle's history was unknown or that it had prior damage. Shortly after purchase, the A/C stopped working during a road trip. When I took it to a Toyota dealership, I was informed the vehicle had previously been in a front-end accident--something that was never disclosed. I was also told the A/C system requires significant repairs, including replacement of major components. When I contacted the sales agent, Alan, I was told I "didn't ask for the Carfax" and was offered to split the repair cost. That response was unacceptable, especially given how the vehicle was represented. While one member of the service team was professional and helpful, the overall experience has been extremely disappointing. Based on what I've learned, I would not have purchased this vehicle had I been given accurate information. I strongly recommend doing your own inspection and research before buying from this dealership.

Extremely Disappointing Experience -- Think Twice Before Trusting This Service Center…read more Our brand-new 2026 Chevrolet Silverado ZR2 2500 HD, a $95,000 truck that we absolutely LOVED, is still sitting at the service center because apparently getting a simple repair done correctly is too much to ask. We brought our truck to Murdock Chevrolet Service Center (Woods Cross) for a factory issue that was not caused by us. While the dealership was working on that issue, their service department caused scratches and paint chips to the truck. What should have been a simple touch-up turned into an absolute nightmare. The body shop they use, Higgins, has now worked on the same quarter panel FIVE TIMES, and somehow the situation continues to get worse. Their apparent solution seems to be to keep buffing and polishing the panel and hoping the damage disappears. It doesn't. At some point, repeatedly reworking the same area is not a repair -- it is making the problem worse. This is a brand-new truck that has never been in an accident or had collision damage, yet it has now undergone repeated body work because of damage caused while it was in the dealership's possession. We have serious concerns about the impact all of this work is having on the truck's condition, appearance, and potential resale value. We did not pay nearly $95,000 for a truck that would immediately become a repair project because of the dealership's mistakes. The inconvenience has been ridiculous. We've had to repeatedly rearrange our schedules, leave work early, make trips back and forth, and continue dealing with a problem that should have never existed in the first place. And the customer service has been just as disappointing. I have personally contacted upper management regarding this situation and couldn't even get the courtesy of a response to my email. Apparently, once they have your money, getting someone to take responsibility becomes someone else's problem. At this point, our frustration has gone far beyond the paint damage. We have completely lost confidence in this dealership and the people they have entrusted with our vehicle. What makes this even more upsetting is that we genuinely loved this truck when we purchased it. Now, after everything that has happened since the day we brought it in for a factory repair, we don't even feel the same way about owning it anymore. This has been, without question, the worst dealership service experience we have ever had. A $95,000 brand-new truck should not leave a service department looking worse than when it arrived -- especially when the damage was caused by the dealership in the first place. Murdock Service Center and Higgins have had multiple opportunities to make this right. Instead, they have repeatedly made it worse. At this point, I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to think very carefully about how they handle your vehicle once they have it in their possession. We didn't bring them a damaged truck. They created the damage, failed to properly repair it, and have now left us questioning whether our brand-new truck will ever be returned to us in the condition it was in when we entrusted it to them. That is completely unacceptable.

DO NOT GO HERE -- Read Before You Bring Your Car In!…read more I've tried to give this dealership's service department the benefit of the doubt multiple times -- both for my personal car and through my company's fleet -- and every time, it's been a disaster. I brought in a recently purchased car for a recall and diagnostic. Appointment was for 7AM -- no follow-up until the next day. They sent a generic inspection video, but the advisor had no idea what parts were needed and told me my whole front end was loose. He told me to take it to a body shop. So I took it to Gerber Collision -- they said the only issue was a single loose bolt on the radiator support. That's it. Even they were shocked that Ford didn't just tighten it on the spot. To make matters worse, my entire driver's side was covered in grease -- handprints, footprints -- a total mess. They said they'd "detail it." Yeah, right. I spoke to Dustin (service manager) who apologized, acknowledged other customers had the same issues, and promised they were "restructuring." He asked for another chance. I agreed. Brought my car back. New advisor, better start... then it went downhill again. Two more weeks passed with barely any updates. The tech (who was actually great) told me the axle boot was torn and they'd give me a deal to fix it. I got a competing quote from Egan Auto (they're fantastic, btw) and sent it to the advisor. They finally responded a day later, agreed to match it -- but ignored my follow-up questions entirely. Left voicemails, texts, no response. Finally called Dustin again. This time? He blew me off and said he'd "use it as a training tool." That's it. They had my car two weeks and wasted my time, again. Bottom line: * Terrible communication * Unorganized * Sloppy, careless techs (grease everywhere) * Zero follow-through * Management doesn't care Take your car to Egan Auto instead. Honest, fast, and professional. Night and day difference

Our experience with GP Motors has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating…read more During the test drive, my boyfriend noticed the tires were severely sun-cracked and the TPMS light was on. He had to push GP Motors to replace the tires before we were willing to move forward with the purchase, and we were assured the TPMS issue would also be fixed. After buying the vehicle, we spent an entire day waiting for that repair, only to find that the TPMS light was still on. On our first drive home, we began discovering other issues that should have been identified before the vehicle was ever offered for sale. There was a clunking noise and broken glass in the trunk. The interior had clearly not been properly cleaned or detailed. It smelled heavily of cigarette smoke; the steering wheel was coated in thick black residue and sticky to the touch. We ultimately spent more than $100 detailing the vehicle ourselves. We've made multiple trips from Salt Lake back to GP Motors in an effort to get these concerns addressed. Each time, we were told they would make things right, yet little to no progress was made. Eventually, we were referred to JD Tire, who was far more helpful and are working to fix the issues. JD Tire found that both CV axles are bad, leaking axle seals, and dirty transmission fluid. Given the number and condition of these issues, it is difficult to believe the vehicle underwent a thorough inspection before being sold. Had my boyfriend not purchased the warranty, we likely would be responsible for paying out of pocket for problems that clearly existed at the time of purchase. Which brings to me GP Motors' decision to process these repairs through our warranty, despite the fact that the problems existed before the sale and should have been corrected beforehand. Initially, we were told GP Motors would cover only the $100 deductible. After I posted a negative review, manager Khrisitan sent my boyfriend a text that came across as rude and unprofessional rather than focusing on resolving the situation. The following day, my boyfriend was told GP Motors would still cover the deductible, but that we would be responsible for $250 in additional costs, including a diagnostic fee and a transmission drain-and-fill service. My boyfriend pushed back again, saying it wasn't fair that we have to cover those costs. Later they texted him again to say they would cover the diagnostic fee after all, but we would still be responsible for the transmission service. In that text, the manager stated that the salesperson claimed the vehicle had been cleaned and test-driven before being sold and that no issues were found. Based on the condition of the vehicle when we took possession, we find that difficult to believe. The strong smoke odor and residue throughout the interior, the sticky steering wheel, and the broken glass in the trunk suggested otherwise. At the end of the day, we are still being asked to pay out of pocket for issues that existed when the vehicle was sold. We have had to repeatedly push for even partial assistance instead of seeing GP Motors proactively take responsibility for the condition of the vehicle. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from GP Motors. Get everything in writing, have the vehicle independently inspected before signing any paperwork, and do not rely on verbal promises. Based on our experience, GP Motors failed to properly prepare this vehicle for sale and has not handled the resulting issues fairly. We would not purchase a vehicle from them again.
