When I called the first time I had been promised on 6/20 that I would have my estimate by 6/22. No problem. I called later 6/23 for an update, no big deal. I was told that my message would get to my estimator and they would follow up. Awesome. I call 6/28 and had an unpleasant phone call with Kendra. She, by the end of it hung up on me because "they are so very busy". I didn't even have the opportunity to ask her a solid time frame to follow up since the owner of the renovation I'm working on wanted a price after already waiting weeks for it. I'm not certain why they feel like regular questions are insulting or disrespectful. However, that's how they will treat them. If a company doesn't think communicating effectively is necessary, then you shouldn't be in customer service.
