Enter Mo's... I happened to find their website a few months ago and decided to give them a try. I've now placed 2 orders with them and they're seriously amazing. With my first order, there was an error with applying a code and after reaching out to them, they responded quickly, fixed the problem and my order was shipped and received within days. I was impressed but figured I'd wait to see how the next order went. Well, last week I had a shipping issue and within hours of messaging, I received a reply with a resolution even though it wasn't their error. Bought a $100+ item and right out of the box, it was defective. Same day (only 1-2 hours after…read morepurchase) contacted the number on their business card (as the employee told us to contact the number if there were any issues) and provided a video of the defective item. Since there was no response went back to the store and then finally got a response stating it's not their problem, it's ours. They claim since the package was sealed it's our issue to go through the manufacturer. We asked about either 1) refund or 2) replacement of the same item -- both options was a hard no because, again, it's not their fault we bought a defective product. So now we have to go through the manufacturer, wait for a response, and we have to go through a whole process (if it gets accepted). **be warned they have no return or exchange policy on their receipts and/or visible sign in their store. So buy at your own risk
