We were having engagement pictures taken that night, so having my hair and make up done was top priority. I was looking for a blowout to accent my balayge and give my hair some loose curls. All I received was my hair washed and dried with some hairspray. When asked if I liked it and/or wanted to make any modifications to it, I said I didn't like it and I wanted more of a design (again, all she did was wash and dry my hair). She said we didn't have anytime to make any adjustments (then why ask in the first place?). I didn't have time to argue because I had pictures in an hour, and it's not like they were going to do anything anyway.
