I found it so strange. I went to the Floor & Decor shop on Lemay Ferry Rd. and I was overwhelmed with the selection. I looked around a bit and I eventually spoke with an employee named Walter and he offered to assist me. Walter gave us suggestions, options, and best of all, advice on the tile. I want to advise Floor & Decor that you have a solid asset in Walter and I will work with him going forward.

If you have never been, this place is huge, and carries almost any kind of tile and/or flooring materials imaginable. But the sheer size of it can be a little overwhelming. Fortunately I was approached by a service employee upon entry, and guided promptly to the right tile. On my own I easily could have taken an hour to hunt it down haha. I wasn't sure what the grout was, but I had a pic and she guided me to a like shade of gray, as well as to the mastic. Supplies gathered quickly with help of capable service team on the floor. Good experience, and attached is the finished product!
