Noah took 6 1/2 hours to wash the windows in our today, both upstairs and downstairs and in and out. He did a wonderful job and our house is sparkling clean. It was a pleasure to work with this company and especially with this young man Noah, who was very personable and very thorough.. read more

A couple of years ago we contracted with Heavenly Views to clean windows and solar panels, and I gave them a 5-star review. Yelp will probably have a link to it somewhere near these words if you want to read it. But that was then, and this is now. Today we had them come again to clean windows, but not solar panels. I'm still delighted. The work was immaculate, the technician was polite and businesslike and tolerated our curious little dog. Since the last time Heavenly Views was here we had tinted film installed on our west-facing windows and glass doors, to soften the intensity (and UV) of the San Diego sun. I was a little worried that the presence of this tint film on the windows would be a problem or might get scratched. Nope. He cleaned the film just as easily as he cleaned the windows, and it's still as good as new. I'm not going to wait "a couple of years" before I hire them again. I need my windows to be this clean more often, and the price was quite affordable. read more

Esteban from Heavenly View Window Cleaning showed up on time and did an excellent job of cleaning our "high up" windows. He couldn't have been more polite, skilled, careful or conscientious. Sheperd Wright gave us a very reasonable bid and they delivered with an A+ score from us. I highly recommend them and look forward to having them back again in the future. read more

I've been using this family owned business for a few years now, and they never disappoint. They called when they were on their way, showed up on time, and Esteban and Noah were a great team. I have a lot of windows including a big sunroom with floor to ceiling glass and they did an incredible job in less than 3 hours! The windows look beautiful! I will continue to use them for my annual window cleaning. read more

I scheduled a service with Heavenly Windows and went out of my way to make myself available on a Saturday, waiting patiently for their team to arrive. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances affecting both the owner and driver, no one showed up to the property or communicated in advance that the appointment would not be honored. The situation became even more frustrating afterward. I was billed for services that included cleaning interior windows that had already been professionally cleaned by my deep cleaning team the day before. There was clear redundancy, yet when I raised this concern, the response I received was unexpectedly defensive rather than solution-oriented from Michelle, the owner. Instead of working toward a reasonable adjustment, I was told that I should have anticipated the issue and informed them ahead of time even though this was never discussed or requested prior to service. The tone and lack of flexibility were disappointing and felt unprofessional. Overall, the lack of communication, billing concerns, and unwillingness to collaborate on a fair resolution left a negative impression. read more

I highly recommend Heavenly Views Window Cleaning for anyone seeking professional, high-quality window cleaning. My two-story townhouse, which features two sets of double patio door sliders and a variety of windows--some large and high, others uniquely shaped--now looks absolutely pristine thanks to their outstanding work. Noah was assigned to my job, and he did exceptional work from start to finish--truly to perfection. He arrived exactly on time, worked diligently with meticulous attention to detail, and left every window sparkling clean. Not only is Noah a skilled and hardworking professional, but he's also an incredibly personable and friendly young man, making the entire experience a pleasure. Heavenly Views Window Cleaning also offers very reasonable pricing, making their excellent service an even greater value. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and neighbors without hesitation. read more

Great job and efficiently done. Estevan was excellent. Good rates. Would definitely use again, maybe next time not waiting as long between cleanings as we did. read more

Loved my experience working with Heavenly Views! It had been a while since we had our windows cleaned and the difference is amazing! Esteban was diligent, professional, polite and hardworking. The office staff were a pleasure to speak with and were able to fit us in almost immediately. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone! read more

Our small business has been working with Sheppard and Michelle at Heavenly for years and years! They provide a service standard parallel to ours, and our customers enjoy working with us because we communicate about the job that's at hand and when possible coordinate both the screens and window cleaning to be done so that it's convenient and as painless as possible for them. Good people, fair prices, good work, a great referral for our customers! - Carole & Kelly, Mobile Speed Screens read more

Highly recommend! Reliable and overall great service. My windows looks great! They even cleaned out the track of my giant La Cantina doors. The guys were very friendly and easy to talk to, so none of that awkward silence as they were washing windows around the house, and I was inside working from home. read more

I can't recommend this local family-owned and run company enough. Most cleaners run the other way when they have to deal with me, because I ask lots of questions up front, and I am super finicky about the workmanship. I want to get what my hard-earned dollars are paying for. For a few years now, Heavenly Views continues to return to take care of my windows, screens, and tracks. Their consistency in impeccably-detailed cleaning never wavers. Often, once a business has you, they start to get "lazy" and the quality goes downhill over time. I refer this company to everyone I know because they make me look good, and my friends know that I don't refer businesses lightly. It means something, coming from me. read more

Heavenly Views Window Cleaning - Living on a main highway, our windows, screens, tracks get super dirty. Heavenly Views keeps our view of the ocean heavenly, indeed! - Window Washing Near Me - Carlsbad, California

I was given the name of this company through a referral and I have to say it was one of the best referrals I have gotten. I contacted one of the owners through Facebook and she was extremely prompt in responding to me. I even had to change the day at the last minute and they were able to accommodate me without an issue. Sheperd came by to do the windows and I added a few on without a problem. He got my 16 windows done in less than 2 hours and did a fantastic job! They probably haven't looked these good since they were installed. I also didn't know you could detail windows like that but he did. Sheperd was really respectful of my house, brought a drop cloth down for his work areas. I am really impressed and highly recommend this company! read more

What a treat to have a local family owned business do the work. They do an excellent job at a reasonable price. Will cleaned inside and outside windows, tracks, and screens and even added two bathroom mirrors he thought could use cleaning. His cleaning was excellent. No matter how dirty the window, he left not one drop of dirty water anywhere. While inside he wore plastic 'booties' over his shoes so as not to bother my floors. Frankly, I am not sure if I could say what was best, his cleaning job or the manner in which he conducted himself in my home. He has a delightful personality, excellent manners, and while basically he is a quiet worker, he can stay completely focused on the job while being open to conversation if you want. I recommend the company and Will. Will brightened my day in more than one way. read more

Had our windows cleaned today and they look incredible. The experience from start to finish was very smooth. The crew worked quickly and were so friendly! We appreciate having a local business that provides such a valuable service. Thank you! read more

Will at Heavenly Views Window Cleaning did an excellent job on my house. He was very polite, professional and quiet. He cleaned the outside, inside, screens and tracks. I cant believe the difference in my windows. I've been unhappy in the past with people who nickel and dime me, or cancel last minute, or are just plain weird (and not in a "let your freak flag fly" kinda way). After reading Yelp reviews, I took a chance on Heavenly Views and I am so glad I did. I highly recommend this company and Will. read more

Sheperd and team are removing Christmas lights now (my fault for calling so late to get them removed in mid-January) and he put them up for me in early December for a reasonable cost. He was quick and very friendly. He also previously had dozens of five star reviews that up and vanished once 2020 rolled around. Hopefully he can get those reinstated, but I can testify to his help, kindness, and work as far as hanging Christmas lights and once we exit the rainy season and finish some construction I'll be calling him to get the windows cleaned. BTW, if you're considering him for Christmas lights know that he'll hang your lights. Heavenly Lights does not require you but into their "exclusive lighting system designed to meet your specific needs." Those companies service customers that operate in a different tax bracket than we do. read more

Excellent work - my windows are sparkling. Shep and his team are courteous, fast and efficient. Pricing is very reasonable and fair. They offer a lot of other services; I'll be calling them again in the future. read more

Totally professional work and careful with prep and removing screens! Great attitude and pleasant too especially since this was told my handyman who sometimes sees things "behind the scenes" where people arent always the same as their sales pitch. Thank you so much! read more

I made the unfortunate mistake of not trying these folks out first....but am thrilled I finally found them. They are honest, professional and do an amazing job and my a competitive price. I did (like an idiot) try another place because they were less expensive- only to learn that their price only included washing the outside of a window. Heavenly was fantastic and I will use them again! read more

Got our windows cleaned by this company yesterday! I don't know why we waited so long....But we will definitely never wait that long again. My whole house feels cleaner! Shepherd is an incredible person and a detailed worker. After cleaning our windows, we will have him back at least twice a year to at least clean the outsides. He is very reasonable and very detail oriented. For cleaning the insides, he is minimally invasive and is excellent. He even cleans the screens too! Now, the morning after, the windows and screens are so clean, it appears as if we have no windows or screens at all. read more

We have now used Heavenly Windows twice - last summer for just the exterior of our windows, and again today for inside/outside/tracks/screens. Both times they were reliable, respectful, and did an excellent job. They are friendly and easy to communicate with, always responding quickly, and easy to schedule with. We will not hesitate to use them again for our windows and also to clean our solar panels once they are due to be cleaned. read more

Shepard did a fabulous job on our windows and screens, sills, and tracks. All of that for a very reasonable price. Super nice guys. They worked for about three hours, then Evan came back this evening to spot clean and was here another hour. Extremely thorough, professional, and nice. It's the extra mile that does it for me. Everyone makes the windows look good, but I've never had anyone take the extra time to do the little things like cleaning the screens, making sure the door locks are clean and free of dirt, etc. Top notch work, reasonable price, and a great attitude. We won't use anyone else...we've found our window guy. read more

Called around for some quotes and Heavenly offered the most reasonable estimate. Sheppard and his assistant showed up within the arrival window and knocked out 29 windows in about 3 hours. We paid the extra $2.00 for them to clean the tracks. They were mindful and even removed their shoes inside our house. Our windows haven't been washed in over 8 years and they look amazing now. Will call these guys again for service......we won't wait another 8 years this time! read more

Another thumbs up for Will. A spectacular job, very professionally done. I can't believe the difference with all the windows perfectly cleaned at the same time. I would typically clean a couple at a time and it would take forever and looked okay but nothing like Will did today. I am always a little apprehensive when someone comes into our house to do work but I have to say Will was terrific as was the work. I will definitely be using Heavenly from now on.
