They didn't need to be reminded about anything we had made a request for. They worked hard and used their time well. The price for the deep clean was fair and we booked right away for next month. We appreciated several things in addition to everything being very clean. The people who had cleaned our house previously took longer to get the same results which made us feel like "When are we getting our house back?" Cathy and Pablo did the same quality of work in less time. My wife likes how the tile is not sticky from using too much cleaner in the mop water, and the fragrance is light not overpowering. All the surfaces shine and furniture was vacuumed, blinds dusted, appliances wiped down, stovetop very nice now. Honestly, they did a better job that we could do.

We hired M&R Services for a landscaping project that ultimately totaled $2,850. The agreed work…read moreincluded front-yard sod and preparation, backyard grass removal/preparation and seeding, sprinkler work, mulch, trimming three trees, and bush trimming. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing from beginning to end. Before the work even started, the price changed significantly from the initial quote. The scheduled start date was also changed. During the project there were multiple issues with scheduling and communication, including late arrival times and eventually a no-show without any advance notice. There were several occasions when I had to repeatedly contact them just to find out what was happening. The actual work was also left substantially unfinished. Of the three trees we agreed to have trimmed, only two were completed. The bush trimming was not completed. The mulch work was only partially completed. The front yard was machine-dug, but the soil preparation, leveling, sprinkler work, sod delivery, and sod installation were never finished. The backyard was also machine-dug and seeded, but a noticeable amount of the existing grass/Bermuda remained intact. This was especially concerning because the purpose of the preparation was to remove the existing grass before establishing the new lawn. Large areas of the newly seeded grass also did not establish properly. We initially paid $1,850 toward the $2,850 project. After discussing the unfinished work, I requested a refund. At that time, I believed the backyard work could remain as-is and would not need to be redone, so about three days after requesting the refund I agreed to still pay for the backyard portion as part of the work that had been completed. M&R ultimately agreed to a partial refund of $1,130, leaving us effectively paying about $720 for the work they had completed. The refund itself took about a week to be fully paid. The bigger problem came afterward. Once another landscaper inspected the backyard more closely, we learned that the backyard preparation and grass removal also needed to be redone. We ended up having to hire another company to hand-dig and remove the remaining grass and redo the backyard work. At that point, the amount we had agreed to pay M&R no longer felt reasonable because work I had originally accepted as completed now had to be paid for again and redone. When I raised that issue, M&R's response was that if we wanted them to return and redo the backyard, we would need to pay them again. I found that especially frustrating because this was not new work we were requesting; it was work related to the original backyard preparation that had not held up as expected. We also had concerns with some of the trimming. Our tree, small palm, and roses were trimmed more aggressively than we wanted. This reinforced for us how important it is to clearly discuss exactly what you want done before the work begins and to check the work throughout the project instead of waiting until everything is finished. Communication was one of the biggest challenges throughout the project. There were several schedule changes, late arrivals, a missed appointment without notice, and multiple occasions when I had to repeatedly follow up for updates. One of our shovels was also taken from the backyard during the work. It was eventually returned, but getting it back required additional follow-up even after we explained that we needed it for the backyard work. My advice to anyone considering hiring this company would be to put the exact scope of work in writing, discuss specifically how you want trees, palms, roses, and other plants trimmed before anyone begins cutting, inspect the work frequently while it is being performed, keep communication very clear, and make sure you are satisfied with each part of the job before making substantial payments. To their credit, M&R did ultimately honor the partial refund amount we negotiated for the unfinished portion of the project, and I appreciate that they followed through on that agreement. However, after later discovering that the backyard work also needed to be redone, I do not feel the amount we ultimately paid represented good value for the work we actually received. Because of the changing price and schedule, communication problems, missed appointment, unfinished work, and the additional expense and effort required to have another company redo portions of the yard, I would not hire M&R Services again for a landscaping project.

My review was very honest, and kind. Nothing malicious and certainly didn't warrant waking up to a threat from someone who knows where I live. I posted a photo for the sake of transparency but truly wish she just accepted my honest reviews and didn't reach out that way. The two stars I gave were because she was so amazing. But a threat warrants zero stars.*** 10/11/2026 First, I want to mention that the owner provided exceptional customer service and quick responses. If the actual cleaning was done with the same attention she put into communication with me - it would have been amazing. I found this company through Yelp, which I believe had a quality guarantee. I'll have to look into that more, but I did use the service through the app to get a quote. However, I think most people reading reviews are looking for the quality of the actual cleaning service and that was not up to par. I purchased a Move-In service for a newly purchased home. My home is older and certain surfaces have limitations, but the overall quality of the cleaning aside from those factors was below normal expectations. Although I checked what I could during the initial 24-hour period they allow for touch ups - I couldn't possibly have caught everything. I noticed numerous missed areas over the following week. If you use this service, make sure to check evvvvvvverything, every single thing. I arrived at the tail end of when the cleaners were here so I was able to point out several areas and they did rectify them on the spot, like base boards not wiped, doors and handles not wiped, flat services in the closets not wiped. When I was showing an area, one woman tried to justify by just wiping with a dry rag and nothing moving, and I had to wet my own T-shirt and rub the area to show her that the area could be cleaned. After they had left, I started discovering more and more areas that were not cleaned adequately and I did send several pictures to the owner. She was very caring, very sincere and did send me a $50 refund, which I did appreciate. Considering the number of items that were not cleaned, $50 was a kind gesture but was not sufficient enough for me to give them another chance. For example, the pull out drawer under the oven had food crumbs in it. There were cobwebs along the base boards in the kitchen. I put my towel over the shower to dry and it had not been wiped at all and made the towel dirty. They were supposed to clean the garage doors for an extra $75 and only hosed them with MY hose, which I could have easily done. The actual webs, debris and drippy something marked were still there. My sister and I enter up cleaning those together with a sponge. I was told that the light switches were sanitized but couldn't be cleaned. My sister and I were able to clean them. If all you're using as a dry rag, which it appeared to be what they were doing then yes the light switches would not just wipe clean, but with the rough side of a sponge, they were cleaned quite easily. A couple blinds were broken and the lint catcher had a small tear in it. It's a little bit difficult to push in. You have to do it very carefully so I know they didn't do it on purpose. I used a move out service in San Diego and was blown away with the attention to detail and cleaning that was done in my old place. After catching all the areas that were missed in my home I really really scrutinized my old apartment's cleaning, but it was magical! I just hope I can find something like that out here in Menifee.

It began with a last-minute cancellation, followed by a late arrival with no apology on the rescheduled day. During the service, she accidentally broke our kitchen window shades and did not apologize or address the damage. After a quick inspection, it revealed that the master bathroom cabinets were neglected, and multiple windows and sliding doors were completely skipped. When confronted, she claimed the remaining dirt was "water stains" not covered by the scope of work, which was inaccurate as the dirt wiped away instantly. Fortunately, her partner saving the day. He did a phenomenal job on the carpets, removed tough stains, and graciously finished cleaning the exterior windows that Susana missed. If you use this company, hire them exclusively for carpets, and avoid their house cleaning services. The only reason she gets a 2 star is because of her partner.
