I am not sure he even throughly cleaned the furnace. The new furnace company found the filter dirty and dust in many chambers. I had to advise the technician multiple times how to replace the panels. He kept putting the wrong panel on before the right panel. There are only two panels. The next company came out and diagnosed the problem in a rather short time. The insulation in the air conditioner had fallen on the coil preventing air flow heating up the area. He also took the blower motor outside and throughly cleaned it. Ran an electrical diagnostic and found a capacitor not within specs. The furnace is working properly now. This information was reported to the company on their feedback section. No one ever contacted me about my concerns. I thought I had done my homework. Very good Yelp reviews and a good BBB rating in Park Forest trying to give a local company my business. It didn't work this time.

For example, having the air conditioning and heat going on at the same time would eventually cause risk of wear and tear the heating & air condition, causing us to have a new unit installed, being professionals that should have never happened. Also, when taking out the old furnace, you used no covering and left pieces of stuff everywhere that they didn't clean up and a mark on my wall that will not come out. Perhaps if the worker concentrated and spent more time on the job rather than being unprofessional, installing the furnace job would have been done correctly in the first place. Approximately we have spent roughly $11,600.00. It's unnecessary getting the service done from this company in the future. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

My water heater went out unexpectedly, a water heater another plumber told me only 2 months ago…read moremight need to be replaced in the future but I had at least a couple of years left on it. I began shopping around for quotes, and was ignored or - in one case - told they wouldn't work on it "but good luck". We have an older manufactured home that we're trying to keep alive just long enough to build our forever home, but that still requires the occasional repair and all we seem to run into are people who tell us it cannot be done. Our house is too old. Our equipment is too old. Nothing can be repaired. Sometimes we can't even get people to show up and replace them. Then I met Alex. We discussed multiple options, and we decided to upgrade to a tankless given that the old water heater had apparently been leaking - a fact that the other plumber had apparently completely missed. Not only that, he was able to diagnose an issue with our furnace that will allow us to give it a much needed repair for far, far less than we were quoted. (Originally we were told we needed a full replacement as parts couldn't be ordered for it. He immediately found the part and it's cheap and easy to replace!) Alex treated us like people, listened to us, helped however he could, and even when parts didn't fit he worked tirelessly to get replacements immediately. He was always customer conscious. He's not only earned loyal customers for life, but we already have other jobs lined up for him. Honestly, I'm just grateful there are still people out there operating with this level of integrity.
