But after jump starting my car 7 times I was finished with it and needed some answers. It is hot outside so it's not surprising everyone in the store didn't jump up to help me diagnose my car. Honestly there is no blame from me on that one. But David stepped up to the plate and came out to help me with my car. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He knew exactly what needed to be tested and had a diagnosis pretty quickly. Given the amount of times I've had to jump my car (btw... those little portable automotive jump starters work great and are really worth the price to have on hand in your car at all times.) I'm not at all surprised I need a new battery. Timing is never the best for car repairs but I'm thankful for Auto Zone and David's help to point me in the right direction. Time to get a new battery and grateful it's an easy fix. Auto Zone is an asset to Morgan Hill! A huge Mahalo/thank you to David for jumping in today to help. My husband was hesitant to drill holes in my bumper, so he searched online and found Sto N Sho. He realized that the company was local (Morgan Hill), and since his family lives nearby and we were making a trip that way, he called to see if he could pick up the item. The gentleman he spoke to was super nice and told him they offer local pick up--all my husband needed to do was write a comment saying he would pick it up. The pick up process was easy. My husband walked in and walked out with the Sto N Sho plate in under two minutes. We are so happy to support a local veteran and family-owned and operated business. We will be repeat customers; my husband plans to purchase more Sto N Show plates for our other cars and his father will do the same.

I received one of the products the next day. I called AutoZone customer service to inquire on my other product and they said they mistakenly shipped it on regular USPS and that it would take 7-10 business days. I asked to speak to a supervisor because the language barrier was bad with the customer service rep. The supervisor said that due to their internal error she would ship out a replacement for the part on FedEx on 4/29/26 in which I was to receive yesterday 4/30/26. I went to track the package and it showed it could not be delivered due to a wrong address. I called AutoZone customer service again on 5/1/26. The gentlemen verified my address on my account but I told him FedEx says they have a wrong address and only AutoZone can fix it since they are the shipper. I was on hold for what seemed like forever. He came back and said he spoke with FedEx and they indeed had the wrong address. I asked how that happened and he stated that it was another internal error. Now I have to wait 24-48 hours for FedEx to update the address and then try to deliver. This is the worst experience ever. Customer service was not easy to work with, so many reps with language barriers. I had to keep insisting for them to correct their internal errors and had to speak to 2 supervisors . I have never had an issue at the local AutoZone store but since they did not have the parts I needed available, I had to order them online. I will never order online from AutoZone again!

Great Service, Great Store, Great Experience!…read more My car battery died, it was around that time. Was able to get it started & headed over to this O'Reilly which is down the street from my house. Read on their website they can help with install on certain products which would save me from labor charges if I went to a dealership or car shop I'm sure. Came in & was greeted by Josue. I told him the situation that I was looking to buy a new battery & was wondering if my car was a one they could install the new one into. I would of done it myself like in the past but I've since bought a new car and this one was not a simple un-screw & swap, you would need tools that I simply didn't have. Josue went outside to check and went back inside to double check with his coworker Paola. Paola looked up my car's information & confirmed they could do it. Paola gave Josue a lot of advice on how to go about it & also gave him some tools to do it. Josue looked up several batteries that would best fit my car & answered any questions I had. Josue was able to install my new battery after purchase and took him maybe around 10-15 mins, not too bad & Im sure it would of took me hours. Josue & Paola were very courteous, knowledgeable & very happy to help me with everything from the purchase to the install. Really went above and beyond! Will def come back here in the future!
