I have often visited the Heathmount for a drink and found it friendly and comfortable but at New year this year I needed a place to stay in Inverness and booked into the Heathmount for 4 nights.
From check in to check out the whole experience was superb. The assistant manager, Neil, did evrything possible to make our visit as comfortable and trouble free as possible, the room was spacious and stylish with all the little extras that help, tea, coffee , mineral water, fresh shortbread each day. Dressing gowns and slippers, ironing board and iron hair dryer etc.
Breakfast is awesome, full buffet with fresh fruit and cereals etc + a choice from a huge hot menu freshly cooked to order. The lady in charge of the dining room at breakfast also was helpful and remembers your requests from one day to the next.
restaurant food is top quality and well priced.
Not the cheapest hotel I have stayed in in Scotland but certainly the best value for money, every member of staff seems to be trained to ensure your comfort and well being
Really reccomend you give it a try.
Regular Qypers will know I travel a lot and for me to rave about a hotel like this it must be something special!!!! read more
