Hope spoke to me and really worked to understand my hair, how it behaves, my styling routine, and what I wanted from the cut before she even started. She then cut my hair and walked me through the styling to make sure I could replicate the results at home. And I have certainly been able to! I had never done a major chop like this on my hair EVER, but I have been so happy with the results.
