That's just how you feel when you leave. Cleanliness is top notch, products are out of this world and I love that they try different brands and get feed back from their clients. I love it. It keeps me from buying something over the counter that may not work and then I'm stuck with it. I book three to six appointments out in advance and sometimes the full year. Hope spoke to me and really worked to understand my hair, how it behaves, my styling routine, and what I wanted from the cut before she even started. She then cut my hair and walked me through the styling to make sure I could replicate the results at home. And I have certainly been able to! I had never done a major chop like this on my hair EVER, but I have been so happy with the results. I say "appeared" because there were several women in an unseen back room laughing and talking, and every so often one of them would peek out, look at me, and then lean back in. Finally, when I was just about to turn around and walk back out, someone else came from another direction, to ask me what I wanted. Well, I'm standing there with long hair, in a hair salon. Should have been obvious. I told her I came for a haircut. Ignoring the completely empty salon, she told me everyone was busy, and I could make an appointment for the following afternoon. So I just left. I'm very glad this salon is so busy that they can afford to turn away clients.
