And her knowledge of what blond hair should look like doesn't exist. I showed her a picture of my blond hair on top, on highlights and rest of long hair and I got the brown root color and what looks like low lights of faded blonde nd and not the bright blond. A terrible job was done.

I read Kellie's profile and reviews and knew she was what I was looking for. Not only a professional, but fully understands my vision. Once again today she transformed my look to exactly what I was seeking. I turn 50 next week and needed a change. Longer extensions and lighter shade of brown. She left me is awe with the natural look and feeling amazing. I highly recommend and plan to have friends from California that just moved here give her a try. Zero negatives. True talent and absolutely a sweet soul that makes my 1.5 hour drive to the salon all worth it. I'm a true believer that it's not only about the skill but about the environment, spirit. Connection is everything to me and Kellie is a natural. As are others there. Irene, Leah, Deshaw and Emmalee are absolute Diamonds. I have built many successful businesses and it's always about the people. I'd hire these five in a heartbeat. Kellie, Irene, Emmalee, Leah and Deshaw had me laughing and relaxing. The love is real. Coming off 10 day straight 10 hour shifts helping others as a heath professional, I had one day off to get my personal things done. They made it all worth it. Recharged me with energy. As a business owner of many I can say these four are class acts, real humans and understand what service is about. Not only did I leave feeling beautiful, but my spirit is lifted. I highly recommend these four. Lashes, Extensions, color, cut, style, wax, laughter and love. Thank you ladies. Many blessings to you.

It keeps me from buying something over the counter that may not work and then I'm stuck with it. I book three to six appointments out in advance and sometimes the full year. Kyle had successfully done my blonde before, which made this experience especially disappointing. I…read morecame in with an established formula and clear expectations, but he took my hair much darker and made it far too solid. The result is a flat, dull, mousy brown with none of the brightness or dimension I wanted. When I told him I was unhappy, he was dismissive and rude. He insisted his judgment was right, told me the lighter blonde made me look "washed out," and said I was "too old" to be blonde? The attitude was very much his way or the highway. His opinion seemed to matter more than what I, the paying client, actually wanted. I found the interaction condescending, egotistical, and unprofessional. I was so upset by both the result and the way I was treated that I cried all the way home.

Katrina was amazing!…read more I rarely go to the salon to get my hair done, I had a naturally curly tapered cut that was maintained by my sons' barber. However the style I wanted to achieve required a feminin touch. I searched several social media sites and the internet looking for a stylist in the CSRA. I came across Katrina's Instagram page and her work spoke for itself so I called to make an appointment. Katrina was amazing! She was very patient and attentive. She listened to all of my concerns and answered every question I had...she was very knowledgeable about hair in general and also about the other services offered at the salon that inquired about. I showed Katrina pictures of the style I wanted to achieve and pictures of what I didn't. We discussed the style and she let me know step by step what she'd be doing to my hair. And Katrina nailed it...the style came out better than I imagined. I left that salon feeling like a new woman. I can't say it enough but Katrina is truly amazing! I'll defintely be back to see her!

Hope spoke to me and really worked to understand my hair, how it behaves, my styling routine, and what I wanted from the cut before she even started.
