Wow... where to begin.. I have been a logic-centered man for my entire life up until I met Heather. Her services have given me a completely new, fresh, and exuberant outlook on life. I now feel connected to my spirit in ways that I never even knew possible before her. If you're even remotely curious; what are you waiting for? read more

Heather did one reiki healing session and one 30 minutes intuitive reading with me, and it was a very unique experience. She saw dark circles on my trouble area without me providing information about it. Some details about the reading she does, 30 minutes covered about 5 questions - not necessarily yes or no answer but provides some general guidance. We worked together on interpreting what she saw means for me, and the result was very helpful. I might also join her for a self healing class in the future. read more

Heather cleared a house that I had on the market for sale. I couldn't get a buyer to save my life and it had been sitting for several months. She pointed out some water leaks she felt that needed to be repaired. We repaired and we still couldn't sell. She felt another leak, but I was pretty sure we fixed it. Come to find out she was right. There was another leak. After we fixed the 2nd leak and did a few things to told us to do we got a full price offer two days later. Thank you Heather for helping clear the obstacles in our way. I highly recommend!!! read more

Heather Rider Coaching - Counseling & Mental Health Near Me

I had a distant healing session, which I was a little reluctant to do at first. I wanted to physically be there, but was pleasantly surprised after the session. I didn't feel anything during the session or immediately after, but the following week I felt like a weight had been lifted off of me. I was happier and more energetic than normal. I also had a psychic reading that was pretty spot on and helpful. read more

Though I knew about reiki from watching a few practitioners on YouTube, this was my first reiki session. Heather put me totally at ease. Her office was modern and comfortable. She spent time getting to know me and my needs before our session, and briefed me on what to expect before, during and after. There were times when it felt like she was touching me, though in fact she wasn't. This was one of the things she had prepped me for, but it was cool to experience it first hand. I am not sure the technical term for this, but it felt like an energetic force field of sorts. I would highly recommend making an appointment with Heather if you're curious about what reiki can do! If you're uncomfortable with massage, know that reiki is different and might be a fit for you. Heather is sure to make it a great experience! read more

I am so grateful that I found Heather. She took the time to explain the energy work that she does in terms that made sense to me, which I think helped me to more fully engage while she was working with my energy. I have been truly stunned by some of her insights and connections, including several things from my past that I had forgotten about. After a couple of sessions I feel better emotionally than I have in a long time. I'm really looking forward to continuing to see her and finding out what else we will uncover. read more

Heather is Awesome! I was at a crossroads in my life and she gave me some great insight and perspective with work, relationships and everything else. She pointed me in the right direction and told me things I needed to hear to help me heal myself. Highly recommend her. I'm a believer...upon giving her just the name of the people I was dealing with, she verified situations before I could even get the story out of my mouth. It was surreal. read more

This was my first time ever doing energy work. I was nervous and did a lot of research prior to landing on Heather. It was a wonderful session. She is extremely kind and compassionate. She explained the entire process to me before getting started so I felt comfortable and I was able to trust her expertise would be coming from a good place. I would highly recommend her services to anyone. She is someone you can trust that doesn't abuse her gifts and truly wants to help you get the results you seek. Go for it - it's worth it! read more

Heather was very helpful during my 30 minute reading with her. She provided me some insight into some aspects of life that were very muddled for me, and was very straightforward and honest with me. She didn't go too much into details with me, just provided me a broad overview of things that could potentially happen (probabilities more so than certainties). She also suggested that I try some energy healing, which could do me some good. read more

I had a very relaxing session with Heather. She took the time to get to know where I was and why I was there before the session and explained the process and what I could experience both during and after. I loved the essential oil she used to enhance the experience and the recommendation of a crystal she thought would help me in my process. When we were talking after the session she mentioned that a giraffe appeared to her and that it might be beneficial for me to look up the meaning of the giraffe spirit animal. I also had a giraffe appear to me during the reiki session. I thought that was very cool. read more

Heather is amazing! I totally recommend her to anyone who wants to change their life!

I had a wonderfully relaxing session with Heather and I didn't even have to leave my bed! She did distance Reiki on me as I'd been having a hard time sleeping for a few weeks. The session was so grounding and calming, I was able to fall asleep and sleep through the night after. First time in WEEKS! Thank you, Heather, for sharing your amazingly healing gift with the world! read more

My session with Heather was great. She is very tapped in and provided me great guidance. I received a Reiki healing session and a psychic reading. Both were amazing experiences. She was able to clear somethings including helping me heal my eye, which I didn't know was an issue. I can see better now. Her psychic reading was so interesting and confirmation of many things that I'm starting to realize. I highly recommend it. So much so that I signed up for 3 more sessions. read more

I went to see Heather for a Reiki session in June. I'm a mother of two toddlers who are 19 months apart. I was noticing that a lot of joy had left my day to day experience. I was also having shouting outburst that I felt was unfair to my children. I was afraid I was headed toward being put on medication. This did not feel like the right decision for me. As I sat on my porch, conflicted over what to do next, it occurred to me to try reiki first. I had never had an experience with any kind of energy healing. I found Heather through yelp reviews (hence, why I'm writing this review). It was super easy to book an appointment with her via her website. The experience was all very comfortable and felt normal. I did experience some unexpected emotions during my session which I think needed to be released. I had also recently had a vein removed from my leg and felt buzzing along the pathway where it use to be. Overall, I felt the same when I sat up from the treatment. Except, when I went home to my family, it was a new experience. I felt lighter, brighter, and let go of irritating situations faster. Over the next few weeks, my mood continued to lift. This led me to taking a reiki level 1 class with Heather. I've been doing reiki on myself daily and plan to continue with a level 2 class. Thank you, Heather, for providing such a valuable experience! Andrea read more

I attended Heather's Emotional Harmony class which combined acupuncture and energy healing. It was awesome! Very calming and grounding from the moment I arrived. Heather and Marsha explained what to expect well, the space was a good fit, and the session itself was wonderful - I felt good vibrations and was able to really relax. I highly recommend it. read more

I did a Psychic reading with Heather over the phone, and it was very insightful! It answered all the questions I asked and helped me feel like I could move forward with the advice she gave. I highly recommend trying it!! Thank you Heather! read more

I hate to be the first to do low stars... but I am quite experienced in this field. She is great although I have been to MANY reiki practitioners and I am deep into spirituality. For her price I can get someone who has far more knowledge and more experience as I've had in the past. What she told me was very vague and she can only determine what she took from it. A lot of other reiki healers are actually able to see and talk to your spirit guides or whatever comes through etc to let you know exact information that you need to know(which will mind blow you) unless you can't know given that you're suppose to learn on your own but they will still give you some sort of information regardless because really advanced healers are able to because their psyche is able to.. and other practitioners can actually heal you tremendously energetically. But I do like her presence and she did the best she could given her knowledge and skills. read more

I didn't tell Heather that I had problems with my ankle after surgery to repair torn ligaments. And I did not know what area of my body she was working on because my eyes were closed. However at one point during the session I could feel a cool, spiraling sensation leaving that ankle. It was a relaxing, soothing experience and I strongly recommend her. read more

I've had a good amount of experience and training with energy work over the years as a trained 500 hr yoga instructor. This has led me to realize that I need help cleaning, balancing and maintaining my own energy in order to be my best and operate at my highest levels. I can't do it myself. My training and experience has helped give me a base-level of context and understanding from which to build upon with Heather's help. I've worked with Heather in three different capacities: 1) I came to her for a personal energy balancing session 2) I attended her Workshop on Abundance and 3) I hired her to clean and balance the energy in one of my businesses. All three experiences were productive, helpful and enlightening. Heather is definitely the real deal and she's given me tools and insights that will help me to maintain good energy and work to continually elevate to higher levels. I highly recommend considering working with Heather. You'll learn a lot about yourself, where you are and how to get to where you want to be! read more

I have been with Heather for almost a year now and must say that I eagerly look forward to every appointment. No matter how I walk in, I walk out invigorated with a sense of peace and calm. My close friends have all noticed the difference in my mood and overall disposition. Heather is approachable, funny, knowledgeable and very skilled. She varies the techniques she uses in our reiki sessions which keeps it new and interesting and I'm always learning something new from her. It has helped me process a lot of thoughts and feelings about things present and past that I never realized were connected. If you're looking to get a handle on anxiety, need help getting out of a rut or just feel a need to re-balance when your life is feeling off and you're feeling lost, I cannot recommend Heather highly enough. read more

With the exception of how I felt after a 2 week vacation in Maui - the way I felt after my session with Heather was the most relaxed I think I have ever felt. How does it work? Where does all the anxious rush rush rush energy go? I don't know but now I suspect it doesn't matter! I felt really spaced out after our session for a few hours, and since have felt as though I am better able to direct my thoughts and energy towards forward progress instead of in circles. Thank you, Heather!! read more

I had never tried energy healing prior to coming here and didn't know what to expect. I was definitely in for a treat. Heather made me feel comfortable. I had my first ever Reiki session with Heather. She is wonderful! Her office is calm and serene. She explained the process, and then got to know a little bit about what I was coming in to see her for. She used essential oils and crystals during the session. During the entire session I felt relaxed and calm. Afterwards, I've begun to experience some very vivid, cleansing dreams. I really feel as if Heather unblocked some deep rooted emotional things from my past and that's helping me to move past them. I would definitely recommend, and will definitely have another session with her! read more

This was a great session, I received clarity about an upcoming change. I felt calm afterwards and ready to go!

My discussion with Heather felt like a blessing. I got a 30-minute psychic reading with her and it was filled with helpful information. I really appreciate her authenticity. She explained how her process works and we had brief discussions about what she was receiving from her guides. My experience with Heather felt significantly more genuine than a past psychic reading I've had. I highly recommend Heather. read more

Thanks to Heather and Marsha for the acupuncture and energy session! I'd never had an energy healing session before and Heather made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I signed a waiver, chose a crystal and sat on the yoga mat provided. After introductions, and a guided meditation, I fell into a dream state of half asleep/half conscious. I felt relaxed and present. After the session, I immediately went home and journaled about the dream I had. I now feel more connected and aware of my body. The best part of the experience was that I slept well for a entire week after! I'm definitely interested in another session! :) read more
