I received no email, no voicemail on my backup number, and not even a basic courtesy letter. It's hard to believe that a professional office would rely on a single method of communication and then just give up. What's even worse is the complete lack of accountability afterward. After Dr. Radziwon had known for six months that I was travelling to NYC specifically for this appointment, Dr. Radziwon still made zero effort to reach out--no apology, no explanation, no attempt to reschedule or make things right. That level of disregard for a patient's time, money, and effort is beyond unprofessional. The cost of treatment here is extremely high, which might be understandable if it were matched by quality care and professionalism--but it absolutely is not. The service I experienced was disorganized, careless, and frankly unacceptable. The price versus the level of service is completely mismatched. For what patients are expected to pay, the bare minimum should be reliability and communication, and Dr. Radziwon and the office failed on both counts. This was a complete waste of time, money, and effort, and one of the worst experiences I've had with any healthcare provider. During the Memorial Day weekend the excruciating pain got worse & so did the swollen face! My husband called the office but got no response & we were looking for help on a holiday weekend not a good time to be in an emergency & no one from Dr.Karpman's office called my husband back so he lingered in agony!!! The following business day them we heard from Dr.Karpman's office but it was much too late!!! As it turned out both Dr.Karpman DDS & Dr.Reit who misrepresents himself as a dental emergency dentist which is not so both of them REFUSED to send my husband's x rays which is against the law. Neither of them cared for the welfare of the bleeding patient & showed their claws against the patient whose tooth was bleeding with a swollen face. Dr.Karpmen also didn't admit that she had caused the problem by hitting on the nerve thereby causing a barrage of pain bleeding & lingering suffering as my husband also couldn't sleep with the pain!!! Why didn't Dr.Karpman admit her lethal mistake as an honorable dentist or doctor should??? No not at all because her excuse was irrelevant totally! Also to top it off later when my husband wanted to floss a piece of another cavity done by Dr.Karpman fell!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This came from a filled cavity DR.Karpman worked on!!! What a bloody calamitous painful ignominious experience my husband had with Dr.Karpman & a killer tooth ache like no other plus a piece of another Dr.Karpman cavity falling off!! This experience was off the chart in terms of pain going off the charts & mayhem occurring when you least expect it!!!
