The receptionist over the phone was very nice, cheerful, and informative and I ended up making an appointment over the phone for the following week. When I arrived, there was parking available directly across from the suite and with visible signage, the chiropractor office was easy to get to. Right when I walked in, it felt like a standard chiropractor office with a small waiting room and a receptionist desk area right when you walk in. The receptionists again were very welcoming and warm. During my first appointment there was about 8 pages of paperwork I had to complete first and then I was escorted into one of the rooms. The receptionist took my blood pressure and temperature and then told me to wait for my chiropractor who is Dr. Diaz. She's the female chiropractor and they also have a male chiropractor in their practice. Dr. Diaz walked in shortly after and introduced herself, then proceeded to the computer to begin reviewing my file and begin the mobility assessment. I felt comfortable and Dr. Diaz was personable and professional. She adjusted my back and neck and explained everything thoroughly. Then, I was told about their two treatments offered which include a massage table that's like a spinal decompression table (they have a few towards the back of the office in an open, peaceful, and dimly lit room) and electrical stimulation (they have a few stations set up behind the receptionist desk area for this). The treatments are free to try out for your first visit, and then are $5 each during all subsequent visits. These treatments are entirely optional. I'm really glad I found this conveniently located chiropractor office and appreciate how Dr. Diaz has helped me immensely in just 2 visits thus far! My second visit, I was in and out within 10 minutes tops which is great since they're only open M-F. Lastly, I'm very glad they accept Kaiser insurance which allows me to pay just $15 out of pocket each adjustment.
