January 24, 2025…read more First time patient. I did a walk-in for DOT test (physical/drug tests), so I cannot comment on the chiropractic side. It is a very small clinic but there were a large number of patients when I went, so the clinic was noisy and tight. Maybe it was just for this day? In term of care: - Dot tests were fast and efficient -- Highly recommend for commercial drivers/truckers - Staff members were super fun, sweet, and professional --------- -MacKenzie was sociable and shared stories. She was quite humorous. I like her. I feel if I had spoken with her more, I might be convinced to practice Bikram yoga someday. -The person who did blood pressure check for me, I did not get her name but she was considerate, playful and also fun. The tests she conducted with me were interactive, especially the whispers for the hearing test. -Dr. Gurwinder was professional and friendly. I told her I climbed years ago a tree and jumped off and broke both of my feet. She seem to approve of that, or climbing in general lol -There was another staff member with whom I said hi. She also seemed friendly and sweet. I did not see other staff members. Ah, I liked all of their personalities. I kind of wished there were less patients for that day so I can stick around and chat with them. It is always pleasant to go into a clinic and meet with fun people. I would definitely come back here again for future DOT tests. I have never tried chiropractic treatment so that is an option in time. -geo

I've been receiving care from Dr. Oliver for several years. He's skilled and knowledgeable and…read moreclearly cares about his patients. He's also quite personable, regaling his patients with stories, often about the ups and downs of his racing hobby or the garden he's establishing at his new home. Don't get me wrong, though. He's also a good listener and takes the concerns and needs of his patients seriously. I think his gregariousness is a way of setting patients at ease, which can only make for a better adjustment. I wasn't sure about the place at first. I was used to more privacy and quiet. But having the roller tables and the treatment tables in the same room works out fine. I get to hear fun stories I might not otherwise. It's a friendly place where a juice bar wouldn't go amiss. (OK, now I'm being silly.) Stephanie is usually the first person you see when you walk in. She and the other staff are friendly and kind. They are very gracious about accommodating unexpected appointment changes, which is awesome! I definitely recommend.

Dr. Jesse Saenz has helped me transform scoliosis and back injuries. Pretty expensive for what you get. I went to Dr. Jenkins in 2018/2019. He was nice and personable,…read morebut nowhere near worth the money I spent for 10 sessions. The first session he spent an hour with me, so I thought that it would be pretty reasonable to spend $750 for 10 sessions. However, each session after that was only 20 minutes long. On top of that, it felt like a big sales push. Initially, I was told that I needed the 10 sessions to get through my frozen shoulder issues, so I purchased that (this is not a small sum of money for me). Then after the 10 sessions, it became clear that this was not going to be nearly enough and that I would need many more sessions to make any progress. I bowed out at that point. I just felt the price for the service wasn't justified for the results I was getting. And lastly, I have to mention that the person at the front desk I had to deal with did not really have good people skills. I wish she had been a bit more welcoming. Instead, I felt like I was always standing or sitting in the wrong place in the waiting room or being an inconvenience to her.
