Hearusa La Mesa put the wrong speakers on my aids and never showed me how to use the app. Abbot Hearing gave me a hearing test, put the right speakers on programmed my aids for universal, noisy environment, TV, (my choice in the app) balanced the left and right and showed me how to use the app WOW!
