Specialties
HeartSpace is more than a yoga studio—it’s a sanctuary for whole-person wellness. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed into a calming space designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect. Our yoga classes are intentionally guided for all levels, focusing on mindful movement, breath, and inner awareness rather than performance.
What makes HeartSpace unique is our holistic approach. Alongside yoga, we offer professional massage therapy, Reiki sessions, and nourishing skincare treatments—each tailored to support relaxation, healing, and balance. Every service is delivered with care, presence, and a deep commitment to your well-being.
Surrounded by beautiful mountain views, HeartSpace invites nature into your experience. Our community garden adds to this sense of grounding and connection, offering a peaceful place to pause and reflect. More than just a studio, HeartSpace is a welcoming community where people come to feel supported, restored, and at home.
History
Established in 2020.
HeartSpace entered a new chapter in 2020 when new ownership took over, as one previous owner relocated and the other shifted focus to family life. During this transition, the original location closed just as the COVID-19 shutdown began. Rather than pause, the new owner used that time to thoughtfully reimagine the business—renovating a new space designed to better serve the community. HeartSpace reopened in the fall of 2020, once it was safe to do so, with a fresh vision and expanded offerings. Since then, the practice has grown to include a larger team of skilled practitioners, additional treatment rooms, and new services. The updated studio is more private, spacious, and welcoming, with beautiful mountain views that enhance the overall experience. HeartSpace continues to evolve while staying rooted in its mission of healing and connection.
Meet the Business Owner: Jesi L.
Jesi, the heart behind HeartSpace, has been devoted to healing and self-inquiry since her early twenties. After completing her training in massage therapy, she began a dedicated yoga practice at age 21, discovering a deep connection between body, mind, and breath. Before her formal yoga training, she practiced Vipassana meditation with S.N. Goenka, which helped shape her inner discipline and awareness. In 2013, she trained in the Ghosh Lineage through the Yogic Physical Culture Academy, building a strong foundation in traditional yoga. Her path continued through the study of Advaita Vedanta as taught by Ramana Maharshi through Nome at the Society of Abidance in Truth, and furthered into Tibetan Buddhism at Kagyu Ösal Chödzong. These teachings inform her grounded, compassionate approach. Jesi is also passionate about sustainability and nourishment; after losing her garden do to relocation, she created the community garden to share the benefits of working in the earth with the community.
