I did business with Samantha Mitchell who seemed to pose as an owner or sales representitve for Tranquillow a herbal pillow company on November 11, 2015. Exchanging $270.00 paid to her square account under her personal business as MWV Massage or Life and Earth Massage. We had been communicating two weeks prior to this exchange that she or this company was to custom make 10 sets of herbal pillows to my business totaling to 30 items. I was to get these items by or before DEc 1st to retail them in my business for the holiday season. Samantha promised me these items would take a 12 day lead time from when I paid, which I paid on November 11th.. Samantha went as far as sending me mock up pictures with tags and logos.. After Samantha collected my money I never heard from her again. I sent many emails and called her everyday. The so-called "Tranquillow business" line was always busy. She gave me her personal number in the first email and she never answered or returned my phone calls. In her voice recording when I would call her, she would state her MWV Life and earth Massage business which is what my credit card statement says for collecting the $270.. I feel she is an imposture and faked this business to collect money from innocent small business owners. Her website for this so-called business she collected money from me has her picture on it which is the same picture on her Life and Earth Massage Facebook business page. I would like to warn people about doing business with Samantha Mitchell. On her FB business page she claims she does reiki and positive energy. A person who practices healing work would not STEAL from another. She stole from me. She never sent my product I purchased from her. She stole from my small business. She finally returned an email 6 weeks later saying she was to ship them and would give me a tracking. She's a lier. She said that so I would stop calling her daily and emailing her. I hope this helps to warn others about doing business with this woman who steals. I can't imagine her massage or healing work doing any good for others if she does not practice what she preaches. Samantha if you read this, please refund my $270. It's an easy fix. You just reverse the charge done one your MWV massage square account. Once you refund the transaction I will get my money back ASAP and will gladly do an update on this review. Came to new Hampshire Hampshire for a girls weekend and decided to get massages last minute. We were actually at the funky bubble talking about it and the woman who worked there highly recommended Sam. This was mine and my sister in law's first massage and we had an amazing experience! My other friend has had a massage before and said that this was def one of the best she's had. Sam makes you feel very comfortable. She has a nice soothing voice, and has a very zen nature about her. I will def be going back here any chance I get. I felt very relaxed and even rejuvenated after I left. I highly recommend coming here. read more

I made 2 back to back reservations on groupon before my sister in law and I left for our girls weekend in Lincoln, New Hampshire. We were disappointed twice by Samantha. Our first appointment was canceled by Samantha due to illness ( now, not sure if she was or wasn't)., so we rescheduled for Monday morning. I emailed her 2 hours before our one hour drive into Conway to confirm. I did not hear from her, but figured we confirmed from our Friday missed appointment and she would be there. We sat outside her office, where I called, texted and emailed and heard nothing. Thank goodness Groupon refunded my monies. Samantha as a single business owner is not only unreliable, but a poor business person ( I can't say professional). We come to New Hampshire quite often as my sister in law owns a home there and knows quite a few people who she could refer. Stay away from this business. read more

Michelle and I had a rough start, but everything ended up working beautifully. Sometimes you gotta roll with the punches, right? I come to the White Mountains every few months to get away from everything and wasn't able to sleep last night because my back was in so much pain. At around 4 AM I found Life and Earth and used their online booking system to book a 10 AM appt - when they open. I was kind of hesitant but figured what the heck. Needless to say there was a little bit of confusion but Michelle was sincerely apologetic and was very accommodating. She has a very soothing presence and her office is very zen and adorable - a lot of the furniture and fixings she did herself. I had a very nice experience with the massage, facial and mud treatment ... or at least I think I did because I was knocked out most of the time. Will definitely go back! Maybe even tomorrow. We had a great experience at Life and Earth Massage! She was extremely accommodating to our party of 4 after our girls hiking weekend. Great location, beautiful studio, welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend Life and Earth Massage and are looking forward to coming back! read more
