I called 911 Tech Repair because my phone screen had a crack in it. I called them right when they…read moreopened and told them that my phone screen has a crack in it. He told me he had the parts in stock and that I can swing by. I arrive at 9:15 am and I told him I would wait for the repair and the gentlemen who I assumed is the owner told me it should be done by 11:00 - 11:30 am. So I hung out and waited. Taking in the aesthetic of business you can tell it's been here for a while with their out dated tech being displayed and old posters with phones of yesteryear. They even had a poster of a HTC phone which isn't even around anymore. I didn't care, all I wanted was my phone to be fixed. He took my phone and told me the cost to repair the phone was $315. He said the display is very expensive but he didn't give me a break down of what the screen cost and the labor to repair it. I sat back and waited and just like that he was done with my phone at 11:00 am. Good as new. Yes they are expensive but he got my phone fixed and done same day and with the quickness. I appreciate the quality work that 911 Tech Repair did. No complaints except it's a bit pricy but what can I do?

Keith is the owner and wow...what a throwback to when service was job #1. I called him to explain…read morethe issues I was having with two notebooks. He said bring 'em right over and he'd have a diagnosis by the next day. And get this...NO CHARGE for that evaluation! Turns out both machines had a board level issue and weren't worth repairing. Since he had the machines apart, he offered to just pull the memory and hard drives from them so I could access the data later. Again, NO CHARGE for this service. I greatly appreciate that decency as he said "he didn't fix anything so he couldn't justify charging me anything." I ended up letting him keep the rest of the machines so he can use parts from them or the power supplies. Definitely helped me keep from throwing good money away on non-fixable machines. I can now use that $50 or so towards a new machine. I can tell you for a fact that other local places DO charge a diagnostic fee even when you advise them of very specific issues or conditions the machine is exhibiting. And they generally are very backed up with other machines so you won't get a diagnosis for three days or more. HIGHLY recommended for turnaround time and integrity. If I ever have a future issue with a new machine, I won't hesitate to give Keith a call. Oh...his company name is not on building. But just look for blue building across from Duke O'Brien's and he's in there.
