Looking for a caterer - LOOK NO FURTHER. Jasmine fed us breakfast, lunch and dinner on our Yoga and Wellness Retreat in Hawaii. Every meal was so well thought out based on the activity we were doing each day. Morning breakfast smoothie bowls with the freshest of fruit, coconut flakes, peanut butter and more to give us the energy to enjoy the day. Lunch was full of nutritious salads of quinoa, greens, veggies, nuts that were of the freshest and most beautiful ingredients to energize us but not make us feel heavy. Each dinner was so different from the next that we literally could not wait to eat. She even prepared snacks for us - Smoked Gouda, Avocado, Basil, Greens & Tomato Sandwiches when we were on the go. This was my SECOND time having Jasmine cater our event and I must say both experiences blew me away. The Detail and effort she put into all of our dietary restrictions and needs was incredible. All of our food was clearly labeled for any retreaters with allergies or sensitivities (and she also provided a meal specific for them). She was also SUPER flexible with the timing of our meals as some of our days ran late or we changed our plans, Jasmine was always one step ahead of us and was able to arrange for a time change or pack up our whole meal and send it with us on our adventure with everything we needed. Can I just talk about the food itself? It was outstanding! Clean, colorful, simple, nutritious and delicious...let me just say I didn't hear my tummy rumble once during the 6 days we were with her...but I sure made sure to eat every meal!! Jasmine and her team were absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend them enough. We were supposed to get married in March of 2020 but COVID put a damper on our plans. Jasmine worked with us on rescheduling twice! She's quick to respond and the communication is superb. We really wanted a brunch wedding so she sent over some mouth-watering suggestions for both savory & sweet options. I hired Jasmine to prepare dinner for my family on my wedding day. Since I was traveling from Wisconsin to Hawaii for my wedding I need someone who had great communication skills. I've done workshops and held events in 35 countries around the world and these were the best and healthiest meals I've encountered.
