On my 1st appt I had just left an ENT Dr. Who gave me a few test and immediately told me to get an MRI because I probably had a TUMOR in my brain causing be not to hear! He was very short with me & I was very upset! I was determined to just get a hearing aid and avoid that RUDE Dr. I entered Mr Daly's office and he and his understanding assistant,Amber, immediately saw how upset I was. I told Scott Daley what happened and to please sell me an hearing aid!! He sat me down and calmly explained to me what a TUMOR could do.
