I'm no doctor but I don't see how I could possibly get a diagnosis without a nasal endoscopy since that's really just looking up my nose with a special scope; however my entire visit was billed at $300!!! I spent 7 minutes with the doctor, he stuck a scope up my nose and told me I needed to come back because he wasn't sure what my issue was. $300!!! $42 per minute. I called to discuss this with the billing department three times leaving messages for the billing department manager. He never called me back -- the office just keeps sending the same bill over and over. Not a great experience.

Although they had been fitted to him, one was not adjusted quite right and it was creating an open sore each time he took it in or out, also making it painful to wear. We tried to take him to the VA here, but they could not do it for several days. I googled Hearing Centers near me, and was so lucky and blessed to find Ellen Ruth Stevens in Broomfield. We called and the sweet receptionist said she would fit us in and to come by right then. Ellen saw my father and worked for probably 30 minutes to make the hearing aid fit.
