In leaving, front desk advised payment required now in full for this visit, ear mold, and second visit to pick up the mold. Inquired reason facility was not submitting to insurance and only informed, I had to submit to insurance. No further clarification provided. Office visit cost high ($50/visit), suggest front desk training regarding medical insurance and customer service skills, and a friendly environment would be most welcoming for patients.

She is extremely knowledgeable, caring , understanding of her patients needs and goes above and beyond to ensure that her patients needs are met. I apparently made an appt. with them about 2 years ago. But…read moreunfortunately, their policy is... if you request an ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter for the appt. and then cancel it, you are forever banned from getting services from this place. It appears that their policy is that if you need to cancel an appt., you must inform them no less than 72 hours. That is unreasonable because hearing people can cancel up to the day before any doctor's or other audiology appts., but not this one. No one can control what's going on in their lives and then they get punished for it. They discriminated against the Deaf for being Deaf. They say they had to pay for the ASL interpreter even though I cancelled. Well, that's not my problem.

My mothers insurance paid for the hearing aid. Secondly my mothers hearing aid had to be repaired. This company Billy Jo manager gave my Mothers hearing aid to another Doris Williams who had dropped off her hearing aid around the same time for repair and said my mother and I had picked it up. I requested copies of the papers. The signatures are completely different. I had to go to the office to ask Billy Jo to call the other number who happened to be the other Doris Williams. She requested that the other Doris Williams come in on Monday snd said she would get back to me after Monday. What is her plan to give my mother a hearing aid that has been in someone else's ear. Office is unprofessional. Manager didn't even apologize for mistake. I called the other number on my mothers information and she confirmed her name snd that she has a hearing aid that does not work. To top it off manager Billy Jo had asked my mom to pay an additional $500 to replace hearing aid . How many other elderly people have been scammed. I called her manager Tony Hahetporn several times and he never called me back. Not really sure if this is her manager. The number she gave me has her vm on it. Shady business. Plan to report to Maryland Insurance Commissioner. It had taken 5 months and I had to take off from work to deal with this . My 87 year did mom still does not have a hearing aid

His manner is calm, competent, and thorough. Subsequent visits have been the same: the waiting room might have many patients, but when it's my turn to be in the office, I feel like I have the time I need to talk to him about my concerns. I have never felt rushed in my appointments, and because I am not feeling pressured about time, I am better able to express my concerns and have a productive, efficient visit. I don't get rushed out of the office thinking, "Shoot, I meant to ask about this..." By the way, you might get his answering machine sometimes when you call the office to make an appt., but they always return my calls very quickly -- last time they called me back within about 15 minutes.
