The service here totally ruined my day. I was on time for my 9:10am hearing test, to be followed…read moreby a 9:40am appt with the physician's assistant. There was no one at the front desk upon my arrival where I waited for several moments. I could hear them in the back chatting. No one ever came out so I signed in and seated myself. There was one other patient waiting. 40+ minutes later I was called to provide my insurance information and fill out forms. Another 10 minutes and I was taken back for my test. No apology, no greeting, nothing. After that test I was put back in the waiting room (again, one person was there) where I waited another 15 minutes. I was then taken in to see the physician's ass't who kept me waiting at least another 10 minutes. She was very nice but when I told her I had some constructive feedback for acknowledging and treating patients, apologizing for keeping them waiting (I reminded her that she kept me waiting an hour after my scheduled time with no explanation nor apology). She told me she was just a nobody and that I should speak to the office manager. She said that many people had complained. UGH!! I'd never go back there. I'm really not the kind of person who likes to give back reviews...quite the opposite actually. But I was totally discouraged by the lack of professionalism and friendliness there at the Gehris Jordan Day Havre de Grace Office.
