I was extremely impressed by his professionalism. He gave me several options for treatment and was proactive when I opted to have surgery on my foot. His care and precision have given me excellent results. In just four weeks I am feeling better than I have in years. Dr. Brandao's knowledge, bedside manner, and quality of care far exceeded my expectations. He and his Medical Assistant Abby were wonderful and able to answer any questions I had. He didn't listen to me at all. I decided to give him another try because I didn't want to start over in my treatment. We just finished a telehealth appt and this man told me that no one in pain is as emotional as I am and my emotions must be from a relationship problem. So it's can't be from me suffering with a swollen knee all this time. Or me not having any quality of life . This pain is unbearable. I never asked for medicine and he never offered any. I even requested my left leg to be cut off. No one should be forced to live like this. I told him that he don't listen to me. If you are black I wouldn't go here. All the positive reviews I've seen were from white people. I guess my health insurance that I pay for not good enough for him. I'm not on government assistance which is why another patient believes he turned her away. I am retired from the Air Force and currently work for the federal government. All I want to do is be happy and pain free again. Not talked down to an disrespected.

His skill level is impressive: Over the 3+ years I was with his practice I had more than one doctor comment on how lucky I was that he was my surgeon. I had two physical therapists tell me how impressed they were that he personally returned their phone calls AND at how very much engaged he was in my Physical Therapy. I waited for my son in the lounge area during his procedure. Snacks, water, TV and comfy chairs were provided. Roughly 30mins or so, the doctor was coming in saying he was all done. When I got back to recovery there was Sarah comforting my baby. I'm so grateful for her! To know that your child is with someone who cares when your not around is the best feeling! She stayed with us during the entire recovery process and also made sure that we made it to the car safe. If this place were 3hrs away we still would come right here. I've read so…read moremany horrible reviews on oral surgeons including the one that was referred to me by my dentist. I wanted to come in ASAP but Dr. Johnson was about 2 1/2 weeks booked out. In the meantime I received a health screening email that had to be completed before the appointment. When I made the appointment I was told it was a consultation however when I arrived I was advised they will complete the surgery that day. I was a ball of nerves to say the least and I was hungry. Before the surgery the doctor introduces himself, he asks if you have any questions, and he goes over the process in detail. I did not need laughing gas, he numbed me very well, and I did not feel a thing. I listened to my music, about an hour or so I was done. The entire was amazing, parking was great, and the office looked clean. As soon as I got there he was ready so I did not have to wait. 5/5 experience and I would recommend him!
