My father was visiting and had recently gotten new hearing aides through the VA in Grand Junction,…read moreColorado. Although they had been fitted to him, one was not adjusted quite right and it was creating an open sore each time he took it in or out, also making it painful to wear. We tried to take him to the VA here, but they could not do it for several days. I googled Hearing Centers near me, and was so lucky and blessed to find Ellen Ruth Stevens in Broomfield. We called and the sweet receptionist said she would fit us in and to come by right then. Ellen saw my father and worked for probably 30 minutes to make the hearing aid fit. When we tried to pay, they said they were just glad they could help! It meant the world to me to have someone help my dad and relieve the constant pain he was in. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity and compassion, Ellen Ruth Stevens, we appreciate you! (We also left a tip!)

She was very helpful, informative and a no pressure type of person. My husband and I talked about what we had learned and called later that day to make an appointment for him. The day of the appointment, the consultation and tests were completed. Julie asked my husband lots of questions to help him find the best hearing aid possibilities for his individual needs. She answered our questions with thorough explanations.. We left after ordering hearing aids with New Leaf Hearing. We both felt it was a good decision. This was for my husband's first hearing aids and he has many concerns about how they would feel, if they would be noticeable, and how much they cost. I was concerned if we could watch television together without the volume up so high it hurt my ears. Previously, my husband had a hearing test with our insurer and he told me the hearing test and explanations were more extensive and concise with Julie at New Leaf Hearing. And he told me that Julie's explanations of the tests and the results were much more informative. Months later now, he is very happy with his hearing aids and glad he chose New Leaf Hearing. If he has any questions, all he has to do is call. Sometimes, I have to ask him if he has his hearing aids in because I cannot see them. When he answers he touches a hearing aid to make sure because he doesn't notice them. We both definitely recommend New Leaf Hearing.
