Just took my father in for a hearing test; as his hearing aids weren't as helpful as he had hoped when he got them at another place. Everyone here was so helpful and kind. Perhaps not unsurprisingly, the day following my filing fraud complaints (12/6, which was day 34) the refund appeared on my Visa account.

The hearing aids they have are good but the service at this place is awful. They care absolutely nothing about their clients. They rearrange appointments without warning. call at the last minute. and they have senior citizens drive hours out of their way with no clue that the person they need to see is not there. They have to know, when they change their schedule. There's no reason to schedule people with appointments that they are not going to be there for. They know people are deaf but they call them on the phone the day before and leave a message. I don't know how anyone could say a bad thing about this office! I'm 26 and have had severe hearing loss since I was 3. I have been to several audiologists and this is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and understanding company I've ever had the opportunity to work with. Dr. Thea Wickey is fantastic. I'd recommend her to anyone! She sincerely takes the time to make sure you're hearing as you should and she is so friendly. Never rushes you out the door. Great customer service!!! Wow this place is so great!!!! I have come here for a couple years and have ALWAYS gotten the care and help I need. Have to say Melissa, who greets and answers the phone is the BEST!!!! Really knows her stuff, most the time she can help me with whatever I need. Recently sent my hearing aide in for service and it came back not correctly adjusted. Melissa took care to make sure it got sent back and was correct...on her own. Very pleased with the service. read more

Wonderful, professional and friendly service here. My audiologist is Annette Berg and she's a pro at all levels of service from ear wax cleanings to technological services and advice. The receptionist (Michele Martinez) is a gem who does 'on the spot' cleanings of my hearing aides whenever I walk in the door. Although one may be able to beat their hearing aid prices at certain discount facilities their very important, ENTIRELY FREE follow-up services cannot be beat! The folks are so thorough and so caring. If you have hearing issues, this is the place to go. Kind and caring doctors and a great staff who always give you their full attention. Nobody wants hearing aids but if you do, go to HRC. I have been a patient for years even tho there is a location that is closer to me. Very impressive. Do yourself a favor and find a way to avoid this nightmare and there OFFICE MANAGER...VERY VERY irresponsible and have unethical business practices...In more that one occurrence they have been very rude to me....The audiologist herself is nice but if you dont buy your hearing aids from there then your not going to get the service you are expecting......The office Manager took it upon herself to take my hearing aids and call Phonak to see if mine had been stollen!....She totally wasted 45 minutes of my time in doing so.....Then replaced my tubes that I did not authorize and charged me 20.00...She placed a different style tube on my aids because they did not have my style..Again,I did not authorize any of this...IF YOU HAVE HEARING LOSS THEN GO SEE SOMEONE ELSE......... read more

I've had my hearing aids for almost 5 years. I don't wear them as often as I should. So, I went in about a month and a half ago for hearing evaluation. To make a long story short the audiologist adjusted the volume on the computer. It seemed like it was better until I got in my car and drove away. It was worse then when I went in. So, yesterday I went back( about a month later) and I told a different audiologist what was going on. She took the hearing aids back somewhere and she came back and told me that she couldn't get anything out of the left aid. She then went to her speal about "well you know that they are almost 5 years old and that to get this fixed it will cost me $500.00. Then she showed me some new ones that of course coet $7500.00. But with the discount they had going on they would cost $4490.00. But the one she showed me had a nice charging kit that I thought was included. WRONG!. That was $500.00 more. Whenever you go to HRC they have some perks that go with the high price you pay for hearing aids. But I'm checking around and other places have perks too that don't cost you nearly anything and there hearing aids don't cost near as much as HRC. When you go to HRC in my case was that I saw a different audiologist each time. They are nice people but they want to sell hearing aids that are high dollar and they only last 4 to 6 years. That is fine but why pay that kind of price? For my personal experience, I really feel cheated and I can't prove that HRC ruined my hearing aid (left side) but I do know that I don't trust the Westminster office anymore and I will definitely go somewhere else to get my new hearing aids.
