These hearing aids are so much better then those sold in big box chain stores, which has no doctor of audiology present, and sell a standard hearing aid. Those were difficult to hear in a noisy area. My hearing aids are the state of the art programmed by a "doctor" for my particular hearing loss. I love these hearing aids in that they recharge in a charging base every night or, if I choose I could use batteries. I prefer when I travel to use batteries so I don't have to pack the small charging base. What I love about these hearing aids is if I am in a noisy room I can hear perfectly.! The way these hearing aids are designed is it cuts out back ground noise and focuses on the voices. I was in a gymnasium full of people yet I could hear perfectly the person I was having a conversation with. If you need a hearing aid they give a free 30 day trial. You can compare for your self. I love the clarity of sound. I love that I can adjust the sound through my cell phone. In addition I can listen to pod casts, music or radio through my ear piece. It syncs with my iPhone and I love the app and also being able to listen to books, music, phone calls directly through my hearing aids. It has changed and improved my life more than I can express.

Again I had no idea what I was getting sold as this was my first time with hearing aids. I was told after some time if I wanted to change out for a different brand I could change. I asked to change but was urged by Ryan to keep what I had. After some time I said I wanted to change and was told it was too late. I was initially told I had a 3 year warranty and after told only one. After all I paid 3k for hearing aids and told I'd need to pay another 3k to get what I needed and told by Jay the owner that what I had was garbage and the would never have sold me them.
