Do not recommend this place for custom earplugs. When I called to make an appt, I was told it takes 2 weeks for custom earplugs. When I went there to take moulds, they told me it takes 3 weeks, because they are busy but it took 4 weeks. I had 2 weeks to test them. I did and they did not work for me. They barely blocked any noise and were too small, I had difficulty removing them from my ears. They needed a string or something ti grab by. I went back for a better fitting. Only then I was told if I want any adjusting on the plugs, there may be small fee for that and they will let me know. They said they are very busy, so it may be a while. When I did not hear from them for 5 weeks I called the office. I was told, they left me a message 3 weeks ago, that I never got and they werent able to tell what # they called. I was told rhey never adjusted the plugs, cause I have to pay full fee all over again to have that done. So 2 months later and I had no plugs. If i wanted plugs that "maybe" would work, it would have cost me twice the fee???? What kind of service is that? And what happened to " we make the product to your satisfaction" service? 2x fee?? No thanx! I guess they deserve at least one star, cause they were at least able to refunded my money (first fee). Oh yeah, they also mispelled my name, and I handed them my ID ..... read more
