Before my scheduled massage, I was very skeptical of whether or not the massage would actually be worth not only my time and money. I am happy to say however, that my massage was exactly what I was expecting. Upon arriving at Presence Wellness, you instantly feel the calm and relax atmosphere of the massage center. My massage therapist, Nicole, was not only very personable and friendly, but also professional while giving the massage. The room in which I had my massage was very clean and relaxing. The table along with the décor was all very well up-kept, helping to bring a relaxed feeling to one self. Over the course of an hour, Nicole was able to provide a whole-body massage. Beginning with aromatherapy, I was instantly able to relax (as much as my stressed muscles would allow me). Over the course of an hour, Nicole carefully and delicately worked all my major muscles from my head to my feet. i realized that in order to get the best deep tissue massage possible, allow the therapist to use a little more pressure in order to really get down into your tissues. This is exactly how Nicole performed her massage, and it definitely helped at reliving the stress that I had built up in my body! My only complaint however, is that one hour simply isn't long enough ;) I could have gone on for more additional hours if time allowed! Due to the fact that an hour is a very short time, don't be afraid to mention problem areas or spots in which you would like extra attentive care, at the beginning of the session! Next time, I know to have a little less work on my legs, and a lot more work on my next and back! I would definitely recommend Presence Wellness to any individual looking for massage services.

Not to mention the 70 minute session was more like 50-55 minutes of head spa, the rest was us changing and the blow dry. I've been to two other head spa experiences which I loved and comparing Vivi with the other places, I didn't care for Vivi much at all. My mom agreed as well. My MIL has never experienced a head spa so she liked it. In other head spas that I've been to, they included a mini facial. Also, when I left those other places, my hair was extremely clean and soft. My hair was not soft after Vivi which could be due to their usage of low tier products. I think I saw Pantene Pro V on their cart. The only good product they used was Olaplex during the blowdry. The ladies were nice but the service was just so so. I would not come back again.

Not sure if that's just the standard Thai massage. The ladies went straight to work and i just say, they are some super strong ladies haha. We did deep tissue & some parts were certainly a little uncomfortable, especially the areas that were tight, but super relieving afterwards. This was a wonderful massage & one of the better deep massages both of us have experienced in a very long time! We usually stick to more local spots to us but I'm glad we found this gem. So, I called and booked a 90 minute session for early afternoon, as I needed to be on my way to an evening gig (I'm a professional drummer) by 4 PM.
