Every single person was friendly, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Best of all they didn't look down on me or make me feel bad for not taking better care of myself. Not once did I feel like they thought that I was below them in any way. I was very ashamed and feeling nervous about the work that needed to be done and one person in particular, I think her name was Kim, confided some very personal information in me that helped me more than she will ever know. I am so so grateful for the experience I had with this dentist. I will not hesitate for a second to recommend Biotic Breath and I will of course be back very soon.

With its tacky style the waiting room is more like a hair salon than a dental office, and the surgical rooms were dirty and dingy. The dental assistant was clumsy and took way too long doing my x-rays. The dentist himself was awkward, and didn't instill a sense of trust in me at all. (Especially when he recommended over $6k in dental work.) Finally, I asked about the probiotic machine I was supposed to be tested with, but his reply was strange, "Oh, that's not here. I think the owner took it home today." Huh? The appointment cost several hundred dollars for a cursory consultation and cleaning, with none of the bells and whistles I'd expected of this place. I initially contacted the office through their contact form online and Brittany called promptly after to ask what I was looking for in a dentist. She is incredibly lovely and kind and booked me quickly for my initial appointment. The office is gorgeous and the staff is incredibly hardworking and personable. When I met Dr. Osborn, I was so happy to see how incredibly sweet and thoughtful she was as well how she wasn't just trying to get me in and out! She really listened to what I was looking for. I wanted to get my Invisalign started right away and she made it happen that day! We created my impressions and sent them on their way. Dr Bredbeck also is a very caring, personable guy and very friendly. He has very good 'bedside manner' and is patient even when I am a total weenie about Novocaine/shots. He is also very thorough and works carefully to get the best looking results. The reason for only 4 stars is just that most times I have been there, I have had to wait a bit in the waiting rooms. Not excessively long waits, but more than is really comfortable given that I am taking time from work to go to this dentist. I understand though, and all in all, I am still happy with them and do recommend him.

I immediately felt comfortable and not to mention, this is the 3rd ortho I saw, and she was half the treatment time, as well as half the cost; she also has better technology. The previous orthodontists told me metal was my only option and I was looking at 1.5- 2 years total and a ridiculous amount of $ for all of this. Levin ortho uses Lightforce technology which is a 3D printed bracket, specifically made for your teeth, it's unreal. Faster, less damaging and less visits to adjust these puppies. Being told you need braces and jaw surgery at 34 is a crappy feeling but finding this office has made me feel hopeful and finally upbeat about the whole scenario. Now that I'm a patient and not just a parent/ moneybags, I have a new perspective. I've gotten to know both Dr. Levin + her team more closely and I love them all. Dr. Levin is a fun fireball of energy and her staff is always so friendly and happy! I'm not excited about having braces as an adult, so Dr Levin helped me develop a plan that moves me through my Invisalign trays in record time! Two additional members of my family have also started and (almost) finished their Invisalign since my original review, and I have referred my cousin + several friends here. Absolutely no one is disappointed and I highly doubt you will be either! It's also worth noting that I've never waited more than 60 seconds in the 5 1/2 years that my family has been seeing Dr Levin!
