WOW! I can't say enough good things about our experience with Dr. Murray. He is such a passionate Dentist. He listens to your concerns and needs, then shares solutions in a way that is thoughtful and educational. He empowers you to take good care of your oral health and he will partner with you! The changes he has made to my husband's teeth/smile has blown us away, it is incredible work. He was a great communicator on what the process was going to be to get exactly the outcome my husband wanted. Now it's my turn and I am so excited!! I was also extremely happy with Dr. Murray and the way he handled our children. I recently saw Dr Lahr for the first time for my quarterly Botox treatment which I usually get at an aesthetic center down in DTC area. Dr Lahr was sooooo much better than my old place! First of all his shots caused no pain, no bruising. Also the Botox kicked in faster than my other place and I am super happy with the results!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I knew this was the place for my self and family from the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by the sweetest dog! I have a HUGE fear of going to the dentist. Having him there to greet me was so welcoming! I loved all the staff, the atmosphere and everything about the place. It was clean, relaxing waiting room, comfy massage chairs while you get your teeth cleaned! They even gave me a tour of the place today on my first visit. It made me feel very welcome! They have big windows to look at the beautiful scenery while your sitting there. They also have TVs too above the chairs. Normally I would have listened to music but I didn't need to today! I was calm and relaxed. When I was on my way down to the new dentist I was very nervous and looking for every excuse not to go. Now on my way out I want to tell everyone about this place and the staff! I am actually looking forward to my next visit. This is the best dental office I have ever been to. The facility is super nice and contemporary. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I have seen two hygienist, both were amazing. They made the experience stress free and did not lecture me about my habits. They gave great advice and even gave me samples that have helped my teeth feel better! Dr Lahr is calm and understanding. Always a great experience, extremely professional and high quality work. They use the most advanced equipment I've ever seen in a dentist's office. They are kind and compassionate as well, I just had a cleaning (which did not hurt at all) and two fillings done in one day. I don't know how they do it but my mouth did not hurt at all afterwards. For all the 10 years i Lived in the Bailey Colorado I would not have picked any other Dentist then West Ranch Dental as my dentist.
