His staff has also been so wonderful! Josie, in particular, is so smart and talented!! She has so much experience and always has answers and solutions to all of my questions and concerns. I have been trying to get good-looking teeth for 35 years. Now I have GORGEOUS teeth! He redesigned them, he made them into the form that teeth are supposed to have, and they're white. I can wear lipstick for the first time in my life (my teeth were brown, I actually had brown laminates that were beginning to crumble). There's more...Dr. Wilson is the physicist of dentists! He corrected my bite by grinding some of my teeth. My bite was completely off, only hitting on one tooth, now it's the way it should be. Once that was done, the design began. And he didn't stop with his first design, when the temporaries were on he wasn't perfectly pleased, so he had me come back so he could perfect them before having the permanent crowns made! Having spent many, many hours in Dr. Wilson's chair, I can tell you that he is truly a nice, caring, kind person, besides being a brilliant dentist. The staff are all so warm and friendly - the assistants, the hygienist, the office manager, the receptionist, I love them all. And there is another dentist, Dr. Ken Ostrov. He hasn't treated me but I can tell you that he's as charming as the rest of the people there. A wonderful, pleasant, caring office with a dentist who's changed my life. What more could anyone want?

Extremely poor management and zero respect for patients time…read more I scheduled my appointment over a week in advance through their website. During the online registration process, I provided all my personal information and uploaded my dental discount plan as requested. They had more than enough time to verify my information prior to my visit. I arrived at 2:00 PM appointment today, only to find out they hadn't verified my discount plan at all. Instead of having everything ready, they made me wait 40 minutes at the front desk just to figure it out. To make matters worse, after waiting 40 minutes, the front desk informed me that the doctor they scheduled me with is actually out-of-network for my plan. Their only "solution" was for me to either pay out-of-pocket for their mistake or reschedule for a completely different day and time with another doctor in their office. This level of incompetence and lack of preparation is unacceptable. Forcing a patient to wait 40 minutes for an internal scheduling blunder--and then offering no immediate solution--shows a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. If you value your time and expect basic administrative organization, go somewhere else

Dr. Heintz has wonderful bedside manner, in fact when I told him what I wanted to have done and why he made sure to let me know I was well informed and that since I knew what I was talking about he had no qualms about a tooth extraction. He also uses this wonderful numbing method, and it was the least pain numbing experience I had ever had. He tooth the time to really make sure that I needed the extraction. Afterwards he made sure to have me follow up with him, since he wants to know how I am healing with a back molar extraction. I went home to my husband who was also looking for another dentist to do a second opinion on some work that was suggested to him, and based off all the praises I sang he is thinking about going to Dr. Heintz as soon as he gets the chance. Aside from the actual dentist, the front desk staff are absolutely wonderful. They got me in within 30 minutes of calling, and made sure to walk me through aftercare instructions. I would recommended this office to anyone and everyone.

What's the point of having an appointment if it's just going to be disregarded. Thankfully Dr Simmons was kind and helpful and allowed me to get done what I needed but the assistant was extremely dismissive and rude. She didn't answer any of my questions and would walk away when I tried to ask questions. I think she said a total of two words to me in the 2.5 hours I was there. I asked if we would be completing the rest of my X-rays (like I had scheduled to do) and she literally said "no" with an attitude and walked away for 45 min. People are already nervous to go to the dentist, they shouldn't have to deal with rude assistants on top of that.
