Not only did the receptionist crudely yell at me, but they took out my crown and didn't know how to place the new one. After that, they shaved down my top healthy molar to make the crown fit, but it didn't work, so they ruined my healthy teeth and didn't get the crown to fit either way. After I left, somewhat accepting my fate, the crown started moving after two days, and I had to go back, and the dentist said he didn't know what to do besides shave down my gums. I obviously declined, so he told me to keep the damaged crown that they shaved down to the point that you see the screw. I requested a new one since I paid over $1,000 for it, and he said he would make one, but no one contacted me in two months. After two months, I saw a new dentist at another practice that's an expert in implants, and she said the crown is not set right and it's moving - she said the job done was completely flawed. I called to ask for a refund because I needed to start the process over and they left me on hold for a long time, thinking I would hang up. When I spoke to them again and requested a refund, they yelled at me and asked me to come in to face the doctor (from whom I don't want service). I also did additional research and saw that they originally had another Google My Business (https://goo.gl/maps/fFeJxoZsqwy83EEt5) marked "permanently closed" because the reviews are atrocious. Not only is this a very unprofessional practice, but they're dangerous.

It truly feels like the best holiday gift I can give. I have been a patient of Dr. Lisazo for many years and have always trusted her care and recommendations. My two children, ages 24 and 22, have been patients for several years as well. My son is now seeing Dr. Christian and feels very comfortable under his care. I wholeheartedly recommend this mother-and-son team. Their approach is honest and professional--any treatment they recommend is truly necessary. MIAMI, KENDALL OFFICE…read more They told me they do not DO EXTRACTIONS!!! PURPOSELY CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THEY DO NOT DO EXTRACTIONS!!! Which 10 months ago I was supposed to go back to have EXTRACTIONS done. Unfortunately, fright took over me and I kept putting it off. I put it off until I just couldn't anymore. I scheduled an appointment to finally get it done. I was referred out to another dental group, that DID NOT use my insurance. My out of pocket expenses ended up being so far out of my reach, I had to reschedule. I reached out to SMILE PERFECT DENTAL STUDIO and asked why did they send me to a dental practice that did NOT accept MY insurance? The gentleman in the office, returned MY CALL ASAP, only to tell ME A BIG FAT LIE!!! He said his office DO NOT DO EXTRACTIONS!!! Which SURPRISED ME, since on my initial visit and Xrays and exam, my next appointment was to have the teeth they looked at, extracted!!! When he told me they don't do extractions. I went to their website and YES, THEY DO PERFORM EXTRACTIONS!!!! He called me just to LIE to me!!! Why, I'm STILL TRYING TO FIGURE THAT OUT! I won't even get into being left in the dental chair on my back, for almost 2 HOURS!!! TWO hours without one person coming back in to explain to me what was happening. In the meanwhile, I'm laying there nervously waiting, believing I'm about to get the extractions discussed on my very FIRST VISIT with them. My experience with that OFFICE went from sugar to sh!t from the very first visit to my second one. I would stay as far away from that office as you possibly can. Do let that very BEAUTIFUL interior fool you!!! They DO NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST AT HEART. They certainly didn't have MY BEST INTEREST at HEART. This was the MIAMI OFFICE, not HIALEAH.

Definitivamente lo recomiendo -KimC My parents have been coming to this dentist office for over 10 years and they always talk about how the doctor is a great doctor, and he definitely is. I was informed he has been in business for over 20 years. I am satisfied with the service, front desk receptionists are super nice and patient (which you don't get that kind of treatment in many places) the doctor definitely is a great doctor. He is patient, kind and checks on your well being during procedures. I was terrified to get my wisdom teeth removed and im not even going to lie i was more scared of the procedure than how long the procedure took. He started at 3:39pm and was done at 3:46pm 7 minutes even though one of the molars gave a bit of a hard time. They allowed me to pay in installments which is great because I didn't have to pay everything at once. I am glad I started coming back and I am looking forward to other procedures. I definitely recommend -KimC
