My original appointment in April was canceled just five minutes before my appointment time due to what I was told were technical difficulties. Annoying, but understandable. They then rescheduled me for two months later. A week before that appointment, I received a text asking me to confirm a Tuesday appointment, even though I had been scheduled for Monday. Since the office was closed, I left a voicemail on Friday. When I still hadn't received a response by Monday morning, I called. That's when I was told my hygienist only works Tuesdays and Thursdays. My question is why was I scheduled on a Monday in the first place if the hygienist doesn't work that day? At no point was I notified that my appointment had been changed. I only found out because I received a confirmation text the week before. As a result, I have now lost two days of work and pay, and I'm still behind on my dental cleaning. By the time I find a new dentist and get established, it will likely be close to a year since my last cleaning and require even more time off work. The clinical staff has always been wonderful, but the scheduling process has been disorganized and has cost me both time and money.

Because of greedy, negligent, arrogant and unworthy practitioners like him, countless people are dying daily or getting sicker when they could have been saved!!! I don't recommend anyone with periodontal disease to see or trust Romano. He is negligent, inconsiderate and careless to patients' welfare. I started seeing him in late December 2023. I went in with 3 deep pockets that needed immediate attention. The rest of my teeth were fine. All they needed was a deep cleaning, which l requested. He rather dismissed my request and told me carelessly that the state of my teeth was beyond scaling (which he denied when l reminded him of that today). In fact, he was pushing to remove the infected teeth and have me spend around $30k in bone grafts and implants. All he was interested the extractions + implants and neglected the rest of my teeth that were healthy but needed just a deep cleaning. Unfortunately l kept coming during the course of 9 months for unnecessary regular teeth cleanings when in fact l needed a scaling! Guess what? My pockets got bigger and my teeth that were healthy started deteriorating because the superficial cleanings were not going deep enough to remove the tartar build up. I had to probe and insist in August 2023 for him to reevaluate my teeth and confirm that l needed indeed a scaling. 9 months later!!! During the scaling scheduled today, l asked questions to understand why he'd dismissed my requests for scaling all along and if my unaffected teeth that are now worsening could have been saved had we done the scaling earlier. He was unwilling to communicate. Kept cutting me off, was very rude and defensive and would not answer my questions . His behavior was totally unprofessional and portrayed lack of responsibility and accountability. When he felt cornered by my questions his answer was that he is not the only periodontist in town and refused to perform the scheduled scaling. All of this because l asked questions about the decisions he made concerning my oral health! It was impossible to communicate objectively and professionally with this man who behaved in a totally irresponsible and rude way. He is after your pockets and not concerned about your welfare!!! Please think twice before trusting him with your teeth. What a shame and disgrace to the medical profession!!!!

i travel 4.5 hours to see dr. yaber and his team and it's worth every second. i haven't been able…read moreto go to a dentist for years and i have a ton of problems so i was looking for someone that specialized in smile makeovers and after finding him on ig, we had a facetime consultation and then made my first appointment. a big part of what makes this place different is the people. his assistant maria did my intake questions and all of my x-rays. she took time to understand everything i was coming in with and made the x-rays with that awful plastic thing super easy and painless. yanisbel did my first deep cleaning there and i'll never go to anyone else again. i have really sensitive teeth and have been terrified for this part but i felt NOTHING. she checked in on me regularly because she knew i was nervous but that was by far the best cleaning i've ever had. my last visit was for a partial root canal on a tooth that dr. yaber is trying to save. first of all, lety gave me a blanket so once i was numb it was the comfiest i've ever been in a dentists office lol. i was also told by another dentist years ago that there was nothing that could be done and that this tooth needed to be pulled at some point, so i really appreciate dr. yaber even trying to save it. isa at the front desk has been amazing setting up all of my appointments, sending me reminders, and gave me great advice on insurance which was really helpful since this is all very new to me. i can't get over how sweet every single person in that office is. they really listened to all of my concerns and fears coming in, they go out of their way to make me feel comfortable every time i'm there, and dr. yaber cares more about my traveling than i do so he's really thoughtful when planning out my situation. we're still in the very beginning of everything that needs to get done but my mouth is already in such better shape. very thankful for dr. yaber and his team

Dentists, Marcella Echevery, one irresponsible Dentist that also had committed fraud with my insurance by sending two bills to get paid one for her and another one for Dentists Bruce Jacobs. But, not job was done by either one of these two Dentists on 12/4,5/24 for those dates that she billed to my Dental Insurance under fraud. When I came in for my appointment with Dentists Marcella Echevery on 12/4/24, she never came into the room to meet with me. Instead, the front desk woman that goes by two names "Christina/Jeneffer", came in and told me " Dr. Marcella is busy, I am the one taking care about your crown". Same woman that just checked me and only works the front desk. Yes, the one that works the front desk and obviously without a license to see patients there. Dr. Marcella was busy with another patient she told me. And She began by stocked into my mouth the tray completely full and loose stuff and she put it into my mouth in the upper jaw, and she was pressed it very hard. In few minutes I began to feeling uncomfortable like unable to breathe I tried to motion her with my hands because she had me with my mouth wide open while she was pressing very hard on the tray and I felt like that stuff was dripping down over my tongue over the lower jaw and like unable to breathe. Then she pulled the tray out my mouth but it came out empty without the mold, the whole material for the mold had dried out but attached to my teeth not in the tray and in my desperation to try to breathe I grabbed both sides of the mold and put it down and out of my mouth with both hands and I was able to breathe but my whole body was shaking like in shock. I looked into the mold and the part and on the back looked flat showing the impression of the upper part of my throat that was molded together in whole peace. Christina grabbed it out my hands and broken it off in many pieces and trough it into the garbage can. I told her, I need to see Dr. Marcella now. She left, and Dr. Marcella finally came to the room and I told her, as miracle am talking to you but , my whole body still shaking Christina almost shocked me to death and then destroyed the mold instead to leave the piece for you see. She replied "yes, something like that, can happen, I will talk to her about it and you come back next week I will take the impression for you".
