They helped me with learning how to properly feed my daughter, how much food she needed, talk to me through some of my health anxieties, helped me enhance my daughter's development, and worked with my daughter to become a great sleeper. I have been able to reach out directly to owner of company Janice Pellechia if ever I had any issues and she has always been approachable and helpful. My son recently transferred to a new school and has been having behavioral issues. His current BCBA Casey has been working with me and his school to formulate behavior plan and help him adjust. It's better to look for some reputable company and help for ur children rather than these materialistics. They made us buy private insurance for our autistic children just to earn commission. After that they hired some babysitters (not qualified / trained therapists) paying them minimum wages just to fill in the blank. As we were getting the poorest inconsistent services. And their therapists made every possible excuse for not coming for almost 6 months. They got 34 hr/ week approved and paid from insurance but they were doing only 10-15 hrs/week. Every low paid therapists they hire, was being utilized for 2 clients giving almost half of the insurance approved time but still get paid full from insurance committing severe forms of fraud and malpractice. They claim to train therapists but they are never trained by them but directly hired from caregiver (nany) apps. Billing us also for times which the never did. Plz search for some better service that your beloved child deserves, rather than wasting ur child's precious time.
