I would like to thank GOD, the…read moreacademy, our fans (its all for you), AND ESPECIALLY, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY...the BEAUTIFUL, KIND, AND LOVING WOMEN at Raindrops Early Learning Center! You guys are the best! This is all I wanted for my son. Extra attention when needed, thoughtful and kind acts during the pandemic, Gorilla Gourmet for the tots, creative curriculum and extra fun events in the summer, and always open to suggestions. They even listen to my problems sometimes ( LOL). Everything I needed in a PRE-K!

From the owner: Raindrop Early Learning Center is a place where children are valued for their sense of wonder,…read moretheir genuine curiosity, their need to explore, and their natural desire to learn. We are a daytime, year-round childcare program created for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, with an after-school program for school age children. Thanks to our strong educational curriculum, outstanding staff and commitment to early childhood learning and development, Raindrop Early Learning Center stands out from other Chicago institutions. We offer a specialized preschool and kindergarten program for children between the ages of two and six. We strive to provide each individual child with an environment that encourages self-discovery and a commitment to learning. Children are encouraged to learn how to solve problems, release their creativity and build social skills. All in all, our curriculum lays the foundation for a lifetime of learning. We adhere to the highest standards of educational and child development. Moreover, our dedicated, caring staff has the experience and know-how to put these principles to work for each and every child. Raindrop Early Learning Center carefully screens and interviews all teachers to ensure that they meet our high educational standards. They are first aid/CPR/AED trained and have all passed a comprehensive background check. Ultimately, we have but one goal: the optimal development of your child!

IMPORTANT EDIT: I've attempted to share my experience with this business by reviewing them on…read moreFacebook, not once, but twice. Both reviews have been deleted In the span of 24 hours. I've done the research, it's impossible to delete a Facebook review. I have no idea how they did it, but either way, my voice is being suppressed/silenced. This is unacceptable, and frankly, dangerous. **** A rep from Andy's Hub contacted me via Facebook messenger offering me $17 hourly for 4 students in an eLearning pod. I assume this individual was reaching out in response to an ad I posted in several Facebook networking groups which clearly listed my rates beginning at $30 hourly for eLearning support. Professionals supporting children with eLearning should expect to earn $10-20 per hour, *per child*. These nannies/caregivers typically earn $20+ hourly working with *one* child from *one* family, for childcare-only related tasks. eLearning support is HARD WORK, and should be compensated as such. If you check their website, (please see attached screenshot for reference) for rates, you'll see they charge families $40 hourly, *per child* for "group academic support". So, does that mean Andy's Hub is pocketing $143/per hour (with a 4 hour minimum!!) for groups of 4 students eLearning, and paying the eLearning assistant $17/hour? This organization is a detriment to the professional nanny/caregiver industry. While candidates can certainly decline to work with Andy's Hub, their practices are setting unreasonable compensation expectations for clients, which in turn tanks market rates for experienced professionals in the industry. In this extreme time of volatility and need, Andy's Hub is clearly taking advantage of unprecedented circumstances by undercutting caregivers of well-deserved market rates, and taking advantage of families by severely padding service provider rates, for their own bottom line. Gross.

Have had great experiences with Andy's Hub and would highly recommend to anyone looking for high…read morequality, reliable childcare! Everyone I've encountered is extremely polite and accommodating. They make great recommendations for childcare providers based on your family dynamic and needs.
