He's incredibly attentive during our sessions, correcting my form and pushing my goals each week. I'm a competitive person, and I thrive off challenges and raising the bar. I feel super comfortable with Braedon, knowing he will challenge me in a safe and supportive way. My goals with TWD have been to gain weight and gain muscle, and for the first time in my life I actually see and feel the results of my hard work. One of the many perks of working with a trainer is having someone to hold you accountable and help guide you with both the workouts and the nutrition. I've struggled with my own fitness journey throughout my life mostly because I travel so much for work, and I don't have a consistent schedule. Braedon works with me and my hectic schedule regardless if I'm home or on the road. If you're considering getting a personal trainer, I cannot recommend Train With Dave enough. Braedon is incredible, but truly all of the trainers there are amazing. You'll be so grateful if you decide to come to TWD.

The combination of in-person accountability, tracking my workouts and food in the app, and Dom's constant encouragement (yes, even texting me on weekends to remind me to stay on track!) has made all the difference. In about 5 months, I've lost 20 pounds and gained back muscle I'd been missing for years. As I get closer to 40, it was really important for me to rebuild strength for long-term health -- and Dom has helped me do exactly that. The 6 AM sessions are perfect for my schedule, and having others there training alongside me keeps me motivated. If you need structure, accountability, and results, this is the place to go.

Awesome dude. & that someone was Oscar! paid 20 bucks for the day fee & it was just me at first and then he got his shoulder workout in too. We talked it up and he's a great guy with a great mentality/work ethic. Although the gym is small, being more introverted i loved the private feeling. All the equipment you need and more is fit pretty spaciously for what they got. Really impressed & the smith machine was my favorite for sure. Everything, including the bathrooms were SUPER clean and organized. Loved that. 10/10 hoping i can go there more often when my home gym closes a little to early or even make it my home gym. On top of all of that, being the heaviest I've ever been. All of those combined had me searching for something different than your average gym. (I have had other memberships in the past but had no idea what I was doing.) Found Eliana through a mutual friend who she had been training and she looked AMAZING. One day, I managed the courage to message her and say how curious I had been. She responded with a friendly invitation to come in the next day. I ended up going in for a trial session and was so out of breath from exercising that I had to sit down on the floor. (I felt so embarrassed.) Eliana literally SAT DOWN on the floor with me and told me that we could get up when I was ready.... That was it for me. That meant the entire world to me and STILL does. I Immediately fell in love with the people and the gym itself. Eliana put me on a food plan and taught me the importance of nourishing your body by eating WHOLE foods. On the days that I would slip, I never got spoken down to. Only have I ever been met with support. I am now on month 5 and I am down 2 pant sizes + down 23 pounds! I have never felt better in my entire life. I would recommend this place to any and everyone. Also Floyd, the owner is an another amazing person that I could brag about! His gym is an extension of himself. When someone really cares and puts the time and effort into what they love, it radiates. Development Fitness proves that and so do his trainers. Again, would recommend this place to anyone at any point of their fitness journey.

She is deeply knowledgeable and experienced, which contributed to getting back my strength and achieving my significant weight loss goal. I do not like to work out in general, but Kim listens to your goals and creates a dynamic plan which motivates me to want to keep coming back and work hard. I have a current membership to another Supersport club down the road, that I'm not even using; but I'm a regular at this gym. Here's why; The gym is very clean and well organized. There are spray bottles of cleaning solution and towels. People constantly wipe down the equipment as they use it. No piles of sweat left on the bench from the last patron!!! There are enough machines and equipment to have a complete workout. The wait time to get on some equipment is fairly minimal. I love to work hard with minimal rest time between sets. Get in, then get out. You can actually come in and work out at all hours, 24x7! It's almost like having your own gym. The people are warm, friendly and fun. Kim, the owner is very attentive and caring. She does a wonderful job maintaining the premises. She is also a fitness trainer and does an excellent job motivating her clients of all ages, to be their best selves. It decreased my motivation to start a workout and even when I did workout, I was finding it hard to push myself to get a satisfying workout. I reached out to Filipe for help in writing new workouts that I can do at home since my work schedule makes it difficult to make it to a gym on a regular basis. His workouts were nothing short of exceptional. He listened to my physical limitations, access to home equipment, and goals to create dynamic, high intensity workouts. These workouts not only pushed me to my limits but also left me feeling challenged and accomplished. Overall, I highly recommend Filipe as a personal trainer. I never worked out routinely before going to The Lab and I really didn't have a desire to work out. But with Filipe's amazing training, support and belief in me, working out and eating healthier food is a way of life for me now. I am in better shape than I have ever been. I still have my struggles but I always know that I am equipped to deal with them now and Filipe was a guide post to me getting here. Filipe's passion is like no other. He personally works with each client to understand their strengths and weaknesses and then tries to tailor a workout around those strengths and weaknesses. I hated running when I first began training with Filipe. Fast forward four years, I ran a half marathon with Filipe and another client. HE WILL help you reach your goals if you let him. The Lab has a new home location now but the feeling of comfort, support and determination is still the same.
