I have found the staff friendly, polite, efficient and very helpful, they have ordered items in for me for my elderly mother (including items they wouldn't normally carry) with no problems. The only negative is cosmetic supplies tend to be low but this obviously reflects the needs of the clientele. The waiting time for prescriptions is pretty minimal and I don't think making negative comments about staff or recommending other places is fair to be honest. I believe we should be supportive of all and any local businesses, we would be sadly lost without them.

Some of these are definitely not qualified and if something is not there they just dont care and as for telling you it will be ordered that evening and then when you call in next day for it - it is all gone but yet it never came in and worse still if it did the 2 bottles I ordered were not put by for me and could I say who it was I spoke to- did you ever hear the likes- not a clue- get proper staff here to deal with the customers at the front counter or you will have to close down. TG for the great pharmacy on the corner of Skreen Road that has been there for years and know their stuff and thankfully now we have another one in the health clinic beside Insomnia so good bye Maple. Over the years I have collected my medical pharmacy scripts and always been greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming team. The courtesy they show everyone is lovely to witness. Additionally, the pharmacy has a large range of Neals' Yard products - always something of a goldmine find!! Monday through Saturday an in-store health check facility is available to review treatment plans, medications and care options. Out of hours service is also available, but you will need to call during the week for details. At the heart of the store is the main entrance to the unaffiliated Hydro Clinic, specialising in nutritional assessment and cleansing. Through the pharmacy a chiropodist and herbalist are also available for consultation, though visits must be performed at other locations.

The stock is the same as other Boots stores - low to middle range pharmacy and body care products - but with a lot more variety here. I like some of the own brand products from Boots, but other than that, it's always good to browse for some basic make-up here, a lot of the time you can find 2 for 1 offers or similar. I wouldn't go for the perfumery selection, it's always the busiest/messiest part in here. Alongside the airport store, this is one of the best and most convenient Boots stores in Dublin. If you're near this area, my tip would be to skip the smaller and much more cramped Boots on Henry Street and come straight to this one, if you don't care to walk the extra distance.
