I love this shop, it sells quality products to us lay people and the staff are very helpful…read more I was trying to buy some product to tint my eyebrows and the staff member informed me that I needed to buy the peroxide with the dye, which saved me a lot of hassle and the trouble with these products is the lack of instructions so they are there to ask away especially when it comes to hair dyes, you have to know what you're doing before you go buying 40 vol peroxide and ruining your hair or just make silly mistakes because you didn't ask. Lots of little accessories for nails and hair so plenty of things you can grab to make a little at home salon for a night in with you and the girls.

The other product they do that is sometimes hard to find is Barry M, yes it's a cheapy make up brand that i never use for most of their stuff but have you tried their nail varnishes? They have every colour! Not just shades of red and pink, everything!! This one is well stocked but kinda messy and always packed so there's alot of squeezing past and bumping into people which I hate. It's like a lesser Boots, the products are cheaper, both in the good and bad way! A couple if times I've been in here and felt like the security guard was watching to see if I was shop lifting (which I wasn't by the way)! and since this is in the square which has 3 Boots Chemists I would b way more likely to go to boots then this superdrug.

Maybe its because it looks like your walking into the perfume of the duty free section in an airport. Unfortunately the prices seem to be the same as any other place that sells perfume however. In som ecases its even more expensive. Of course there are cheaoer perfumes, the ones that are so ten years ago and not in a classic way that is! one good thing is the fact that they do those perfume set things, you know the ones with the teeny tiny little bottles of perfume? i love them! well i love all small things but this way you can fit your bottle of perfume into your handbag for a night out and you also get lots of different scents for the price of one big bottle, brilliant! there is always one stinky one that you dont like though, ah well, give it to you little sister!

The staff had anonymous thumping club music turned up loud enough that the few customers in the store had to lean in to hear what the sales assistant was advising. Other than the off-putting music choice, the huge store is well stocked with enough beauty and medical supplies to treat almost anything under the Hippocratic Oath. Costs aren't out of the ordinary, although if I'm in the market for good quality beauty products, I'll head to main vendors where the mark up won't be so high.

Stepping in, the store lacks the charm of slightly better developed brands like Nourish, or the ernest seriousness of the more local single serving shops like Down to Earth in town. Thankfully, its well stocked shelves make up for the missing pomp and circumstance; this tiny shop on the lower level of The Square is bursting with vitamins, foods and alternative treatments for mind, body and wallet. Er, spirit. I was pleased to find the brand of natural peanut butter I usually buy in town is here along with an expanded line of the brand's other butters (almond, hazel... lug) -but priced the same as I'd get in the City Centre. The woman behind the counter on my visit was amiable, happy to help and ready with a few pieces of somber advice on the vitamins I was browsing. Its genuine advice, since The Health Store put its employees through a training program recognised by the British National Association of Health Food Stores (NAHS) and the Irish Association of Health Food Stores (IAHS) -something I didn't know before going in, and appreciate as a customer.

This place is great…read more It's one of the many pharmacies in Ballyfermot but there's quite a nice feel inside the place. The staff are excellent, very knowledgeable and always ready to help if you need anything. They have quite a good selection here from make-up to hair dye to vitamins and everything in between. You'll always find a good deal in here, be it on make up or vitamins or even jewelry, there's something for everyone. Their pharmacy is great, the pharmacists are very good at their job, they're respectful and pleasant to deal with. They have a security guard in the shop, which is quite comforting, I think.
