They created such a peaceful and welcoming environment where I felt comfortable completely disconnecting from work, stress, and everything else going through my mind. During the guided meditation, I went into one of the deepest meditative states I've experienced. I could physically feel the tension and tingling throughout my body, and the experience became really personal for me. It reminded me to slow down, trust my intuition, let go of what I've been carrying, and actually be present with myself. I walked in feeling mentally heavy and left feeling so much lighter, calmer, and more grounded. Calvin and Iris both have such calming energy, and you can tell they genuinely care about creating a meaningful experience for everyone in the room.
