Best massage therapist I ever had. Her experience and wide range of techniques make her second to no one.

She works hard to…read morealleviate suffering and since I have peripheral neuropathy in my feet, coupled with my 6 miles of walking per day, I have significant foot and calf pain. I purchased a block of treatments and by the last treatment the nagging pain finally began to break up and dissipate. What a relief. Julie reached out to me weekly to ask about me and the level of pain I was experiencing. Her experience and compassion for others should be enough reason for anyone that needs an actual therapeutic massage, seek her out in earnest.

I herniated my C6 and C7 disc in my neck skydiving in June 2019. After months of agonizing pain and…read moreneck traction along with Chiropractic adjustments at Synergy Chiropractic with Dr. Alexis Noggle my only option was to have my discs replaced in my neck. I had my procedure done on March 9, 2020, just when the Chinese COVID-19 pandemic hit and shut down everything including the physical therapist I was suppose to go to after my surgery. I was not able to get into the physical therapist until the end of August 2020. After 6-weeks if physical therapy which only mildly help any of my pain and movement. After my skydiving incident I had a huge knot (the size of a golf ball), on the front left side of my neck that was rediating a ton of pain down my neck into my arms and fingers. This pain and knot was in my neck and arms for almost 16 months. Even after the surgery the knot and pain remained. When I asked my surgeon about it all he could say was I needed to go to physical therapy to deal with it. He said it had nothing to do with my discs or surgery. After 6-weeks of physical therapy and no improvement with the knot or the massive pain, I decided to go back to Dr. Alexis Noggle at Synergy Chiropractic and ask her opinion. I very much respect Dr. Noggle's advice as she was the one who suggested I have a MRI done which was how I was able to find the herniated disc in the first place, which the 3 doctors I seen before her missed, Dr. Noggle suggested I make an appointment with Julie Jaques, LMT at The Purrfect Touch Massage. So happens that Dr. Alexis Noggle and Julie Jaques, LMT share the same office at 601 Whitney Ranch, Suite C-12, Henderson, Nevada, 89014. After my very first deep tissue massage appointment Julie, she work the knot in my neck and the massive pain I endured was definitely worth the benefit. After just 2 sessions Julie was able to break down and get rid of the massive knot I had in my neck for over 16 months. After the 2nd session my radiating pain in my neck and arms was gone. Now after my 4th session, she is working all of the other very tense muscles throughout my entire body and I haven't felt this good in over 20 years. All I can say is Dr. Alexis Noggle and Julie Jaques, LMT have saved my life. I can now look forward to my retirement in a lot less pain and suffering which I was expecting to deal with the rest of my life. After doing construction and landscaping work for over the last 40 years in Las Vegas, I was not looking forward to my golden years living in massive pain and suffering. Thank You both from the bottom of my heart. Once again you have saved my life.

I had an absolutely terrible experience here and will never be back. I came in experiencing a great…read moredeal of pain and was barely mobile. My girlfriend was kind enough to book and prepay for a 90-minute deep tissue massage for me, and decided to book one for herself at the same time. The first 45 minutes were spot on. The original masseuse found the knots in my back, neck, shoulders, and left hip and went straight to work. But midway through the session, someone else entered the room and took over without warning. First off, her hands were freezing. Second, she was completely worthless--zero pressure, no deep tissue work at all, just loads of oil and light rubbing. She "worked" on my right leg, but did absolutely nothing to address the muscle tension. By the end of the session, I was drenched in oil and literally walking with a limp because my left leg had been properly massaged by the first person, but my right leg received zero actual treatment. To make matters worse, when my girlfriend (who had the same masseuse for her entire session) approached the manager about why my therapist was switched, the manager's excuse was: "Oh, because it was her turn." No apology whatsoever. The manager just casually said, "When he comes back, he can request the full session be with the original masseuse." There will not be a next time. Terrible customer service, zero care for a client in pain, and completely unprofessional management. I would never recommend Thai Spa on Eastern Ave.
